1. Fusions

Basically, if you kill a tank, you get a turret of that tank on you. You can have up to 5 turrets at once. If you try having more turrets than 5, a random turret will be replaced.

2. X-Tanks

So uh this only works for tier 4 tanks. If you get 4 kills, you have the choice to upgrade to one final tank. Every tier 4 tank has it's own X-Tank(1 per tier 4 tank). Here are the X-Tanks(totally not all from woomy arras lmao, I may make original versions):

The hybrid run is also the only time I've ever gotten 1st. Funny how it was in teamer maze, where it's pretty difficult to get kills

Annihilator is just a destroyer with better recoil. If you go to sandbox and get 2 tanks, Annihilator and destroyer, get them at full reload, full damage, full penatration, shoot both bullets at each other and the annihilator bullet will just die when touching the destroyer bullet and not kill the destroyer bullet and go through, a hybird on the other hand. Is a destroyer with automatic drones, which can helps when it is 1v1'ing a destroyer or anni, because if they keep shooting at each other, the bullets both die out at the same time, but the hybrid drones will attack the destroyer or anni and will kill or distract them.

Therefore hybrid is better than anni in diep.io
