  • Some random guy edited Square (Don't know what he did) and added a soviet banner to the homepage, I removed the banner. We should do something about this

    • I restored the home page & will look at Square, he is from the Vietnamese Wikia & is likely just confused.

    • Yeah he was trying to help. He added an image to the Square Infobox, but he did so by re-uploading an image from the English Wikia (which we don’t need because image-sharing). I deleted the image & changed the file call to use the Shared Image system instead of the local upload.

    • Maybe. I saw that he did actually add an image, though it was the only one I saw being on this wiki. The other wikis look similar to this style, except the english one, which has a darker theme. This would look better in a darkish theme.

    • Hmmmm, this Wikia is modeled after the Russian Diep.io Wikia, but if you still want to change up the theme then I can give you Administrator rights & let you go to town via Special:ThemeDesigner; it’s a very simple tool to use that requires no coding skill.

    • Oh I've used that before, preety simple.

    • You now have Admin rights, go wild :)

    • Really? Well then.

    • Ahh. a Slightly darker-purplish theme, i also fixed the title to be more correct in romanian, the links contrast the background perfectly.

    • Ah about that. It is the Romanian Diep.io Wikia, not Diep.io Wiki, which is why I left it (plus the internal, hard-coded sitename is also Wikiaul). If that isn’t outright wrong, then I’d prefer it remain that name.

    • Though Wikiaul isn't correct wording, altough it's a very small difference.

    • alright, then

    • Mk, I talked to Song Vĩ, it was a mistake, he was actually helping. Just confused a little. I apologized.

    • Ah good. This is why you assume good faith (that the person is trying to be helpful) until the last possible moment, because it can stop misunderstandings before they happen.

    • Thanks for the advice Urs! Also should we do something similar to wiki updates?

Wiki NewsD: Every 1-7 days we post a thread cointaining some minor news.

Wiki News Major: Every 2-3 weeks we post a thread containing some major news.

You can choose any of them, or maybe both, or just stick to wiki updates.

I will take care of the romanians posting, since I speak Romanian and English fluently.

    • Wiki-Updates are more of a community-driven thing. If Romanians start coming here, then it could be a good idea, but just starting out you wouldn’t get many listeners. Feel free to do it if you want though, Discussions is a nice place for it & I can add a Discussions feed to main page.

    • Maybe, we'll need more people as you pointed out
