The Bloodhound is a Tier 4 Tank, that has a special mechanic of, killing more polygons/players, the stronger it is. Meaning that if you kill more, the faster and more damage resistance the Bloodhound have. The Bloodhound upgrades from Smasher, and may not upgrade anymore.

Design[]

The Bloodhound's design is unique. Firstly, it features an irregular Heptagon shell, with spikes protruding out of it. thus making it have an unique shell. Second, the Bloodhound's shell changes color depending on the amount of kills it has. The more kills it has, the redder the shell is.

Technical[]

It has the same stats as an regular Smasher, except that it has a the Kill-Power mechanic. The thing is, the more tanks/polygons the Bloodhound slays, the faster and more damage resistance it had. It also have a kill cap. It can kill a maximum of four tanks, or 4000 squares, or 2000 triangles, or 500 pentagons. Kill any of these fully allows the Bloodhound to reach it's kill cap. The Bloodhound can kill more but it won't be redder and can't grow it's power further on anymore. It's speed and damage resistance will be 2x more than the Smasher itself at 2 tank kills/2000 squares/1000 triangles/250 pentagons. The Bloodhound's shell won't be redder, but in addition to it is an red aura which expands more and more, capping at the kill cap mentioned. Then the Bloodhound will be 3x faster and 3x more damage resistance than the Smasher. However the Bloodhound will give more score than regular tanks, so stay alive.

One more thing. If you kill top 1 tanks, or leader tanks, you will immeadely reach the kill cap, so you must hunt the leader if you're impatient to grow slowly with your power.

Strategy[]

  • Strong Against:Drone classes (especially if the Bloodhound reached it's kill cap), slower tanks, low damage tanks, Sniper classes.
  • Weak Against:High RoF tanks, Destroyer-classes (even with full power), Fast tanks (if the Bloodhound hasen't reached it's kill cap).

As the Bloodhound[]

  • You are basically a Smasher with the ability to grow in power, so ram everything you encounter. Even a slight power increase is efficient enough.
  • If you saw a low-health tank, or Sniper classes, kill them quickly. If you managed to kill them, you will receive an significant power growth.
  • Be careful of Destroyers, even with max power. The speed can be a disaster when you blindly charge into a Destroyer class when they got a big bullet ready. The damage reduction does not affect Destroyer-classes, only up to Pounders. However their bullet is easy to dodge.
  • Drone tanks, even Overlords are countered by the Bloodhound, especially if you are full-power. You overwhelm their drones with your speed, and at max power, can even ram Overlords in defensive stance because of your damage resistance!

Against the Bloodhound[]

  • You must use a spread firepower or concentrated fire tanks, like Penta Shot or Atomizer, to fight the Bloodhound. Even at full power, if you are skilled you can kill even them.
  • The most effective class to fight the Bloodhound is the Destroyers, as they ignore the damage resistance of the Bloodhound completely. You must still be careful of the speed.
  • You can also fortify yourself against if if you're Builder-class. However it takes long, and the Bloodhound can even kill you right before you place your first trap.
  • Sometimes, in Teams Modes, the Bloodhound can do kamikaze attacks when it got enough kills. You can use tanks that attacks in all-directions to partly minimalize the casualties.

Trivia[]

  • This is not an new idea, but it's a unique one.
