The Elite Smasher is a boss version of the smasher

Phase 1 content[]

Phase 1 design[]

Elite Smasher is a large green triangle with six larger than normal smasher-like projectiles near the edges of the body. In the middle of the sides are minion spawners that spawn six artilleries the size of a level 25 basic (about the size of a pentagon). Underlapping the spawners are pillbox launchers whose pillboxes shoot Rocketeer rockets. On top are three backlasher auto turrets on the corners. Lastly, on the points are lances.

Phase 1 Attacks[]

Note the turrets are always acting like auto turrets unless noted

  • Siege: it will spawn the artillery minions and send them at the six nearest players until the minions die
  • Turret shield: it will shoot pillboxes to make a ring around it
  • 3 ,2, 1: The lances will go longer and the smasher-like weapons will become spikes
  • Let it rip!: it will spin around quickly and ram the nearest person for 0.8 seconds (this attack is used directly after 3, 2, 1)
  • Pillage: it will send the smashers at tanks until they get more than 75 grid squares away from the boss
  • Bullet burst: The body will spin faster and the turrets will double their fire rate. After the bullets make a three layer ring it will shoot the ring out 

Phase 2 overview[]

It enters this phase at 4650 health.

Phase 2 design[]

The smasher projectiles will spread out evenly and form a ring. On the smashers are either an artillery turret or a backlasher turret (three will have a backlasher and the others will have an artillery turret). The minion spawners are replaced with Hunter turrets. On the top a Tri-Gunner Trapper turret pops up. The lances will get shorter secondary lances on top of them. It also gains the ability to turn invisible if left alone for 45 seconds.

Phase 2 attacks[]

Note the turrets act like turrets between attacks

  • Trapfield: the Tri-Gunner Trapper turret will double the trap fire rate and the pillbox launcher will scatter pillboxes around it (this is always the first attack in phase 2 and used only that time)
  • Smash bomb: it fires the Auto Smasher ring out and does it again once the things go more than 55 grid squares away from the boss
  • Javelin toss: it shoots the lances out and the lances will target the nearest tank until they die
  • Hurricane blitz: the boss will spin faster and all the turrets (not the Tri-Gunner Trapper turret) will fire facing outward making a hurricane (better than that of the Triple Twin, Octo Tank, and Cyclone)
  • Kamikaze!:it will stop the use of all projectiles (the smashers will go back on the body) and will ram the players until it dies (this attack is used at 450 health thus when it rams many players it will die)
  • Bullet burst: (See phase 1)
  • Pillage: (see phase 1)
  • Invisibomb: It will turn invisible and then make an explosion slightly weaker than the Elite Vacuum beam in phase 2A

Death animation[]

The Elite Smasher will gradually move slower and will soon be stuck in place. Then rust will grow on the boss and it will crack into shards
