ErrorCRITICAL Is an UNKNOWN entity that only a few have seen, it is said to be exclusive to only two gamemodes that have been described as a "Cursed Maze/Domination" server.

Design[]

"THE TANK" has been described to look exactly like a Basic Tank but with changes such as a completely black body with a darker shaded barrel, the middle area of "THE TANK" has been described to have 10 differently sized hyper realistic eye staring directly beyond the screen.

Technical and Strategy[]

Disclaimer: do not believe any text in this section that is corrupted.

The "Entity" is known to appear in the "cursed" maps (Domination and Cursed FFA Maze), and is extremely f̵͈̓r̶̟̽͒i̵̛̦̣e̸̟͛͘ň̸̡̹̀d̴͈̿ḽ̶̉̿y̶̛͖͕̔ ̶͕̃͘ą̴̔s̵̬͠ ̸̭͓̈́e̷̼̒͜v̶̬͌͘è̶̢r̸̻̓ͅ hostile and unlikely to be spotted in normal servers with operating game. It is known to have fast speed compared to its size (about ?̶̡̰̩̎͜?̸̯͌?̴̡̻͂̏̌͝), and has rapidly fluctuating liquid-like acidic body that absorbs and corrodes anything it comes to contact with. Its barrel fires b̷̘̺̈́e̵̢̽a̷̢͌c̵͖̘̈̂o̴̮̚n̷͔̕s ̶̹̳́̇t̵̪̹͑͒h̶͔̽͘ͅã̵̪͜t̵̞̔ͅ ̴̗͇̆ẅ̶̡͇́̉í̴̮͎l̸̖̟̔l̵̩͊͐ ̴̗̼̎g̸̳̈́́u̴̲̿i̵͍̓d̶͎̟̈̒e̶͍̒ ̵̙̋y̸̺͛o̶̼̞͛͝u̶̞̍̄ ̷̧͗t̷̥͔͒͝o̴̮͒ ̷̮̬͗t̴̺͆ĥ̸̞̽ͅe̸͇͋ ̶̞̿͂m̸͚̘̆̇ö̸̘̗̇ṱ̴̔h̵̫̫̕͝e̷̝̘̐͝r̸̢̲͘ jumbles of red and black, which has three holes and a barrel-like thing with curved teeth. Spawning[]

The "Cursed" or "Forbidden" Tank can only be found in a cursed variant of a FFA Maze Server or Special "Maze Domination". Any other server will be left "Un-cursed" making the spawning conditions for the "Tank" impossible.

Cursed Maze[]

The Cursed Maze appears as a normal maze server at first, however the player will notice the server's player status will have 0/1 instead of the usual amount, when the player joins they will be confused to see the server is perfectly normal besides the fact that there is no pentagon nest, the Player will eventually have to enter the "Maze" which will also seemingly look "normal" at first until they get to the Second Layer of the Maze where a dark circle will obstruct their vision acting as "The Darkness" slowly the darkness will get bigger and obstruct more of the players view as they enter the maze, the Darkness will get so bad at a point where it will become similar to The Spooky Mansion's Event's Darkness making it nearly impossible to see without Polygons labelled Torches, which light up the Area to a certain Extent.

As the player gets further into the maze through one of the entrances, the darkness will begin to set in once you get to Layer 2 and make it noticeably harder to see objects around you, however because you are only at Layer 2 the darkness is only just setting in so it does not obstruct your view too much, as the player continues they will find "Corpses" of other tanks, these "Corpses" will vary from all playable tanks in the game and will usually look like that tank but with a Rusted Tint on them and usually cracks or missing barrels, after these "Corpses" appear the player will see a message pop on their screen claiming "Light begins to fade as you travel deeper", the [TANK] can now be seen watching and stalking the Player at a distance, attempting to Shoot at or Walk towards the [TANK] will cause a Gray Static to appear that disappears after 2 Seconds, after it disappears the Player will realize the [TANK] is gone, the [TANK] will continue stalking you again after a while.

When the player enters even deeper which is approximately around Layer 3, the darkness will heavily obscure their sight now at this point similar to The Spooky Mansion, however the player can now find Polygons known as "torches" stuck to the Walls of the Maze that can light up a certain spot to an extent, the "Corpses" of tanks can become even more common compared to the more outside part, if the player tries to go back to the original entrances they will find the entrances are no longer there and replaced by walls.

If the player continues to go deeper into Layer 3 this Forbidden Maze they will find themselves now directly being searched for by "The Entity" as Red Static and noise will occasionally appear on their screen as the "Entity's" shape becomes more visible to player. If "The Entity" spots the player, then they will get chased by “The Entity” at an alarmingly fast rate. The Entity will always be faster than the Player even if you play Faster Tanks like the Tri-Angle or Propeller Branch, If the Entity catches you it opens a Part of the Tank to reveal a Č̷̞̫̲̘̫̎́̍̂̍̄͑̈́̈́̕͘͠U̸̱͍̓R̷̨͖̤̪̗͛̔́̋͠Ŝ̴̤̥̞̦̝͈̤͌͌͊͝ͅE̷̗̫͖̱̲̦̩̗̣̾̈̓D̶̳̭̠͉̟̝̟͚͕͊̿̓̄̓̈́͐͂́̽͜͝ ̴̲͈̦̼̗̰̘̳̟̬͐̑̊͜Ḫ̷̢̺̰̙͛̕Ą̵̖̖̩̺͇̇N̸̤̼͖̱̗̬̄̋̽͊̎͋͂̈̀̀͂̎͜͝ͅD̴̙̫̞̹̺̩̫̼͔̬́͌͒͒ͅ that proceeds to grab the Players Tank before the Screen cuts Static for 5 seconds before the User's browser closes itself. If the player tries to rejoin the link, they will find themselves unable to find it or get the banned disconnection screen.

If the player manages to sneak past the entity without dying, eventually they can find a rusted door that reveals a singular path for the player to walk into. Once you walk into it, eerie music begins to play as rusted and destroyed Maze walls begin to appear with a few more "corpse" tanks. However, these ones are ripped to pieces beyond recognition. Further through the corridor, the eerie music begins to play faster as "The Entity" begins to chase the player at an alarming speed up the corridor. As the player tries to escape past the rusted walls they will see the rusted walls begin to start getting less rusted and the darkness begins to disappear as they continue down the corridor. Eventually, the "entity" will begin rapidly accelerating towards the player as if it will catch them, however just as "THE TANK" is about to catch them, the player will reach the exit of the maze where the player will immediately get a "banned" disconnection with no reason, when the player exits the banned screen they will find the Forbidden Achievement in the list of unlocked achievements, if the player tries to enter again, they will automatically get disconnected just like trying to re-enter.

Staying in the Cursed Maze server for more than 20 minutes will start playing highly disturbing music that eventually starts getting even faster, at the very end it abruptly stops before a grabs your Tank and the Screen Cuts to Static also followed by the User's Browser automatically closing similar to being caught.

Cursed Maze Domination[]

Cursed Maze Domination is a lot bigger (2.5 times) compared to Cursed Maze, and has a lot more dead-ends and total of eight broken, non-functioning Dominators in random location. Like Cursed Maze, player limit per server is 1 and there are corpses of tanks and carriable torches randomly scattered throughout the map. What's different is that there are polygons and broken machine parts, and there are 4 slots of inventory at left corner of player's screen. Polygons can be destroyed, and 3 machine pieces are able to repair one broken dominator. Inventory can hold broken machine pieces without limit (1st slot), or contain up to ten torches (2nd~3rd slot), or any other ornament the player might find and pick up. By pressing Z near it, a player can hold and item. Discovered item (while holding it) can be stored in an inventory by pressing Spacebar.

At the edge of the map (player's spawn location), eggs, squares, triangles, and pentagons, as well as shiny verisons of them, will spawn without any abnormality. View is unaffected, and tank can be evolved into higher tier by farming those polygons. occasionally, "broken" polygons will get flung out of maze itself, and although they give normal amount of XP, they explode into black and red puddle once destroyed. The puddle drains health of tank by 0.1, and will slow down the player more they stay inside it. Contacting them with body will show red static all over the screen before the polygon collapses into black egg. A black egg does not award any XP, instead, it will quickly grow extremely large (to size of a dominator). Contacting these "inflated" eggs will have same effect to going into a red-black puddle, and because egg completely prohibits player's movement and has health of triangle, only viable option is to destroy it when stuck inside it.

There are "machine parts" spread across the map. Their common location is where torches spawn, and machine parts (if they are there) will be right next to the torch. Machine parts, as mentioned, can be held in 1st slot by pressing Z. Although they serve no purpse other than repairing dominators, that one purpose is what makes them extremely important. Dominators, 8 of them broken and scattered randomly throughout the map, turns to player's side once repaired. Also, they automatically have very powerful yellow torch mounted on them; temporary protection from dominator's strong weapon and huge lit area makes them perfect base. Later, collected machine parts will prove to be useful, since there are more dominators in central region and Crashers and Amalgamations will simply not be able to compete with dominator supported by player's firepower.

going into the maze slightly darkens the screen, as well as minimap and UIs. A way to prevent this is by grabbing randomly scattered torch. Just holding the torch, even if it is not the working one, will show UI in their normal color. The torch will eventually cease, and dims in brightness while doing so. Placing the torch down by pressing F will make it light up more area. Instead of normal, orange torch, There can be blue, yellow, and bluish-green torches and the ones that fluctuate in color. Blue torches simply last longer and light up more area, at about 1.8 times the normal one. This gives more time to find another Torch to re-ignite it before it runs out, or light up unlit torches. Yellow torches, although they light up about 2 times more area than blue torches, they have shorter lifespan and will be depleted approximately 10 seconds faster than normal torches. Bluish-green torch is exactly identical to normal one except the color and ability to grant 10 more stat points, which can only be applied when holding bluish-green torch. Upon picking up other torch, the stats invested when holding bluish-green torches will disappear. Ones that fluctuate in colors each have special effects related to maze wall. Purple-magneta torches shine through maze wall, while red-orange torches can melt one maze wall when it contacts with the wall for 5 seconds. Green-mint torches makes player be able to dash through maze wall every 15 seconds, and finally, capri-blue torches grant player holding it the ability to spawn a mini maze wall in the location upon right-click with duration of 3 seconds and cooldown of 7 seconds.

Between 2/3 to 1.7/3 radius of map away from center, exists square-shaped empty space with another set of maze appearing when player reaches about 1.7/3 radius of the map. It is very dark and hard to see without torches, and faint electrical static sound plays here. Few differences from outer part is that there are no polygons spawning, minimap is occasionally covered in red-blue statics, and that there are no torches present. However, they are not the only set of unnaturality found in this region. There are crashers that occasionally spawn. Those crashers are not like normal, weak, pink triangles; they are broken, has agility close to pentagon, colored red-and-black, has 2 to 3 eyes and tentacles stretching from their body. They do not directly collide; instead, they orbit around the player and if they are not destroyed for 2 second, they instantly leech their tentacles into the player and collide with high speed, dealing extreme knockback and quite a bit of damage. There are special entities that appear from this region. Called "Amalgamations", they are crasher-colored (red-and-black) moving polygons (can be about 2 to 3 times bigger than their normal polygon variant) and has 3 to 5 hyper-realistic eyes and random weapon mounted on them chose in the list: Twin, Sniper, Machine Gun, Auto Turret, Director, Pounder, one Nailgun barrel, Trapper, or Launcher. All projectiles originating from them explodes into tiny damaging puddle similar to what appears when "broken" polygons at maze's edge is destroyed. Amalgamations have high speed, firepower, and their agile speed and ability to blend into dark light and surprise-attack makes them pretty deadly; they may have meta-weapon against the player. For example, if the player is Machine Gun branch, the chance of Amalgamation equipped with Sniper turret is high chance. Sometimes, gigantic amalgamations with health close to alpha pentagon and size at half of it. They have many eyes swirling at center of them, and are armed in usually 10 to 20 turrets of Amalgamation, and has 3 spawner able to spawn Amalgamation every 6 second. So, it is not the best choice to roam around in intermediate region between two sets of mazes, as Amalgamations thrive in here. Despite difference in shapes, they all have health of standard triangle.

Going further into inner sets of maze suddenly darkens the light to level where it is extremely hard to see without a torch. So it is best to prepare a lots of torch in inventory, in case the torch runs out. The inside of inner maze occasionally has pulsing red and green vines that crawl following the maze wall, and will attempt to spread to player or temporary wall summoned by capri-blue torch's ability if they are close. Touching them directly will make them burst into inflating eggs (same property to abnormal egg that can be found in edge of the map). Explorind deeper eventually removes light completely, requiring torch to see. And even then, torch only lights 2/3 of screen. Faint electrical humming that was barely audible in intermediate region gets louder to level where it is clearly audible, and it can occasionally get extremely loud then shut down befure resuming. When this happens, screen turns to red hue to green hue to blue hue for a moment before quickly turning to grey then to normal.

Exploring deeper into maze will occasionally show maze walls replaced by special kind of them called "labs". They contain various experiment equipments, as well as special "records". Records can be opened by pressing X, and are strings of texts giving clues to what happened in Cursed Maze Domination before it was devastated.

There, player can expect to find special modules (there can be 1 to 2 different kinds of modules present in lab, and there can be a corpse tank in the lab too). The module contains glowing liquid, and can be equipped on user up to 4 different kinds of them. Orange one inserts orange square and glow on user's tank, and their tank now has bullets which accelerates by speed of 2 every diameter of maze wall traversed by bullet. More orange modules, and the bullet acceleration increases by factor of 1.4. Yellow one makes auto turret grow from user's body, and multiple of them can give good amount of back defenses and auto-aim. Auto turret added this way disappears when module is removed. Green one adds green square and glow to user's tank's barrel, which now has permanent poison effect able to sap enemy's health by 0.3 when the bullet hits enemy successfully. Finally, cyan modules give an auto turret that evolves into auto turret corresponding to randomly higher tank. More cyan modules can upgrade an auto turret, and it is possible to get an auto turret of an overlord if second-equipped cyan module upgrades the turret to Director, third-equipped cyan module upgrades the turret to Overseer, and fourth-equipped cyan module upgrades the turret to Overlord.

Rarely, there can be labs with 2x2 or 3x3 sidelength of maze walls. They contain more modules (minimum 2, most cases 3, and extremely rare occasions, there are four) and decorative equipments than normal 1x1 lab, and module is enhanced to amplify their damage to 1.5 times. What's actually special about these large labs, is that they contain devices only present in large labs. Those devices are always broken, and can be repaired with 1 machine pieces. There are 5 types of special devices, and each of them grant one of below effects. They can either be picked up or entered inside by pressing C

Magnetron Heat Coil adds small amount of permanent glow to tank, so it can look around and still be able to react to crashers and Amalgamations even without any torch.

Brightmark Sight Enhancer (can be picked up by pressing C) is a giant binoculars with sideway torch attached to it, and provides great one-way view to the distance about maximum sight range of Ranger.

Recuperator is a useful device that, while holding it, automatically stops shield from depleting under any circumstances. It means extremely fast regeneration, but comes at cost of 3rd slot, the torch slot.

Advanced Enhancement Platform is a machine that multiplies all of tank's damage by 3x. It means Amalgamations are much less of a threat, and using Smasher branch can prove insanely useful.

Relativistic Warp Generator, once its effect has been applied to tank, slows down all other movement except player's projectiles and movement by 40%. Amalgamations, their projectiles, and crashers all travel slower.

But inner set of maze can be extremely dangerous despite huge advantages from modules and enhancement devices found in labs. Crashers spawn in hordes of 3 at minimum and 10 at maximum, and if player is not cautious, crashers might attack all at once and kill the player. Amalgamations are much more common and also spawn in groups, too. What's worse, is that groups of them tend to spawn inside labs. Going into the labs might result in extremely dangerous situation, where player is locked on tens of crashers and Amalgamations

At half the distance from center of the map, screen will occasionally glitch in red and black, while rapidly approaching black dot appears on the minimap which disappears right before the player can see. Venturing deeper will make the event more frequent. At 1/4 distance from center of map, maze walls disappear again. The space is mostly empty with few destroyed maze walls, and even lights of yellow torches can only light half of player's Field of View. If player decides to go deeper, new set of maze will appear. It is much denser and harder to find a way, and dead-ends are common while torches do not spawn. Approaching black dot becomes much more common. Occasionally, while trying to find a way, there will be bundles of 10 hyper-realistic eyes showing even when there is no light. When it notices the player by being at location anywhere closer than 2/3 of player's screen or when player goes farther in than 0.3/3 total radius of map, "the entity" will chase the player in speed about 1.2 times faster than full-speed and full-reload Booster while highly intense disturbing music plays in the background. Once cornered, "the entity" will instantly kill a player and screen will turn black before user gets banned disconnected screen and "B̴̲̠̍̑e̸͓̟̔͂c̴̘̲̆o̶̥͓̚m̶̧̫̽e̶̲͍͘ ̷͇̈́V̴̧͂o̴̫͙͌i̵̹͛̎d̸̨̛̍" achievement. If the player manages to reach the center before entity kills them, there will be a rusty green door. Coming into contact with door will drop the player in long, faintly-lit maze corridor. Then, eerie music exactly same as what plays in last part of Cursed Maze map starts playing while "the entity" chases at slightly quicker speed than player. The eerie music gets faster as various texts appear one by one over the screen. The texts will eventually cover the player's screen in red, disappearing right after the user exits into normal arena of 2TDM. The player will then get "Forbidden?" achievement and will not be able to go back to Cursed Maze Domination by any methods.

Trivia[]

  • The original design for the "creepypasta tank" was going to be an Elite Acid, however the design for this was lost.
  • Probably the first or second spoopy pasta on this wiki.
  • DATE NOT FOUND.
  • The "Cursed" Maze can only be spotted by one player and the chance of finding it would be even harder compared to finding a legendary polygon.
  • Forbidden would technically be the rarest achievement obtainable.
  • If the player does not join or ignores the server it will disappear and would be pointed towards a different player with massive luck, however the same player who ignored the cursed maze server is still able to see it again if they are lucky.
  • It is impossible for 2 players to find the "Cursed Maze" at the same time.
  • Torches can't be found in anywhere else but Cursed Maze, this also goes for Unlit torches and Blue Torches.
  • As the player gets deeper into the maze the grid will get noticeably darker too.
  • The "Cursed" Maze's minimap looks normal on the outside but changes a lot inside.
  • Blue Torches are slightly larger compared to "Normal" torches.
  • Torches were only added in the recent version of the Cursed Maze along with Achievements.
  • With a Rare Chance you can find a "Corpse" version of the bosses in the game.
  • Torches attached to the walls can not be moved.
  • <insert name here> YOU CAN'T RUN.
  • The minimap disappears in the darkest part of the maps.
  • The Cursed Maze and Cursed Maze Domination's design will automatically change after 2 days.
  • Tokens will not work in Cursed Maze.
