The Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron is one of the Johnson Solids in Arras.io. The Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron is the 78th polyhedron in that category, the previous being the Paragyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron and the next being the Bigyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron. The Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron is very rare, and thus gives tons of exp.
Appearance[]
The Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron appears like, well, actually the name explains it all. First get a Rhombicosidodecahedron, next cut one of the Pentagonal Cupolae off (diminution), and finally choose one of the remaining Pentagonal Cupolae, near the diminished face (meta-), and rotate it by 180 degrees (gyration). The resulting polyhedron is how exactly the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron looks like.
Or, you could have just looked at the infobox image. A picture is worth a thousand (or less) words. You can't see the back side though...
Technical[]
The Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron has a decent amount of HP, 78, which is a bit lower than the Beta Pentagon. You can easily shoot at and destroy the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron, earning 78 billion EXP. That's crazy, isn't it?
The Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron, like the other Johnson Solids, "rolls" on the ground when receiving enough momentum, just as how real-life objects do. This lets you actually see the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron's back side, allowing you to confirm that it is the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron and not the Bigyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron or the Gyrate Bidiminished Rhombicosidodecahedron, both of which shares the same (if not, very similar) front-side appearance with the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron.
Spawning[]
The Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron can naturally spawn anywhere but with very low chance, exactly being 78 billionth of any polygon spawn attempt. The Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron can also evolve from the Gyrate Rhombicosidodecahedron and the Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron. For further information, the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron further evolves into the Bigyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron or the Gyrate Bidiminished Rhombicosidodecahedron.
Gallery[]
As the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron sighting is very rare, there hasn't been a single in-game image of the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron. Because of that, this section currently only includes a vector render of the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron which can also be seen in the infobox above.
Trivia[]
- The Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron has the longest name of the Johnson Solids, counting 42 letters excluding spaces.
- The Paragyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron also has a 42-letter name, tying with the Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron.
- This page was made long because of overly repetitive usage of the name "Metagyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron" and other related names such as "Paragyrate Diminished Rhombicosidodecahedron."
- Actual trivia: I got to know Johnson Solids while playing arras.io back around 2018.
- While I was playing in a TDM (I think it was 2TDM), there was a Beta Tester on my team, named "Disphenocingulum," that is the 90th Johnson Solid. Since I have liked geometry, I quickly got interested in those mysterious polyhedra.
