This is the "Nest" Phantom. He has a 20% chance of spawning every hour. He can use Tesla Coils and Electrolasers to kill tanks. He is one of the toughest bosses in the game, boasting 600,000 HP.
The "Nest" Phantom spawns as a weird square with Tesla coils and electrolasers. Once he is shot, he becomes the Zeach, and teleports everywhere before shutting down the server. He also ends up causing all the other servers to see his spawn message.

When he joins, thousands of A.I.-controlled trolls will join, with their possible usernames being as follows:
NOTE: You can add more names to this list if you want. They just have to be in quotes, follow the obvious rules, and have correct grammar.
Strategy[]
If you see this guy, say, "Hello, Mr. Magpie", and he will not cause the trolls to join or become a developer. He also won't force everyone to be on the same server if you do this. This is because the "Nest" Phantom is controlled by an electrokinetic magpie who decided to be a big-time troll, who also is clairvoyant.
