The Nest Terminal is a Fanon Boss Concept. It is one of the few Stationary Bosses and acts like the polygon equivalent of a Dominator, the Nest Terminal comes in two variants, the Spawner and Gunner Variants.
Design[]
Nest Terminal Spawner: The Base of the Spawner Variant is a Giant Octagon with a Smasher-Shell Colored Octagon placed above the base with a second smaller purple octagon placed above the Smasher-Shelled Octagon, a final shell Octagon is placed above the third octagon. 4 Factory-like Spawners are placed on the base of the boss with a total of 8 smaller drone-like spawners on the boss with 2 of each being placed on 4/8 of the sides evenly spaced from each other. A larger rotated smasher shell octagon also encases all of the previous octagons at the bottom layer.
Technical[]
The Nest Terminal is a very special boss, it is stationary with the exception of Siege Mode and can only be spawned centered in the middle of the map or in the middle of a polygon nest.
The Spawner Nest Terminal is capable of rapidly spawning a max of 20 different randomized crashers from its smaller spawners in bursts, these crasher variants can only range from Common to Uncommon so it can only create crashers such as Supporters, Sappers, Regular Crashers, Prickles, Pin-Needles and etc, these spawned crashers will move out and orbit the Nest Terminal from a distance until they see an enemy or the Nest Terminal is attacked, in which they all activate and move in to the middle to attempt to attack.
The Spawner Variant can also spawn a max of 10 Randomized Sentries from the Spawners which also range from Common to Uncommon, they orbit closer to the Boss compared to the crashers.
Lore Information[]
Nest Terminals were fairly old large tower models created with collaboration by the CMS (Crasher Manufacturing Sanctuary), Baritone, and the Octagon Nest Leaders as a large protective measure for the Octagon Nests, all sides had a lot to do with the project, CMS would hand blueprints for their common Crashers and Sentries, the Octagons would create a base structure for the Nest Terminal, and Baritone along with other Octagon related constructionist would aid and help in building it. The Insides of Nest Terminals are said to be large factories that are effective in orderly putting the Crashers and Sentries in place using the Blue Prints in quick pace.
As the CMS sent their blueprints out using help with Courier Crashers and more heavily armed defenses it was said that the Tanks would soon try to intercept the blueprints from the CMS using their weaponry, while the delivery would be stalled for a while, it would not take long before unexpected armed reinforcements from the polygons would soon show up and crush the interception.
Strategy[]
Immediately fire at any Sentries and crashers you find first, use spam Tanks with a wide reach like Pentashot to quickly clear out any common and uncommon crashers and sentries you encounter, if you have enough fire power you just have to focus on damaging the Nest Terminal and dodging/destroying Crashers and Sentries you should be eventually able to defeat the boss as long as they don't end up overwhelming you. You can also get a team to rapid fire and effectively obliterate the Nest Terminal.

Trivia[]
- The Nest Terminals unlike other bosses do not spawn with names, instead they're only referred to as "Nest Terminal".
- Nest Terminals are basically polygon dominators.
- Nest Terminals will always spawn at the Center of a Nest or the Center of the map with the exception being Siege.
- The Center Layer will actually slowly autospin in Siege, this is because the Nest Terminals are actually capable of moving in Siege unlike regular gamemodes.
- Was redesigned on December 27th 2022.
