The Overfort is a Tier 6 tank that upgrades from the Overseer.
Design[]
The Overfort features a triangle body with 9 Auto Turrets, a massive amount of barrels. a few spawners. and a few Launchers.
Technical[]
The Overfort has 9 auto turrets, 3 of them have low reload speed and do massive damage. Its drones are the speed of a maxed necromancer drone. its 6 smaller auto turrets have very high reload, but do low damage. its traps are the same as the Level 30 trapper. and its barrels do decent damage, all of this and the fact its Stock Health is massive (Approximately 560 when maxed) makes this a very dangerous tank but hard to get to since you HAVE to use overseer. you cannot upgrade to any level 45 tank branching from the Overseer
Strategy[]
As the Overfort[]
- Strong Against: Drone Tanks, Spread classes, Auto Classes. Necromancers. Bullet Fighters/Boosters.
- Weak Against: Destroyer Branch, Long range classes like the Ranger. Rammer Builds if low on Health, and Boss Tanks.
With many new weapons, you gain an entirely new scope of strategy, maxing out your bullet stats makes you an extremely dangerous tank, but leaves you vulnerable to the Destroyer and its classes, and rammers like Spikes and Boosters. A build like 0/5/3/6/7/7/5/0 works best with this tank.
It is recommended to team up with other players, even though the Overfort is powerful. its slow movement speed makes it very easy to kill. If you happen to find another Overfort on your team it is highly recommended to team up with them, 2+ Overforts can easily take a server down.
Should you encounter another overfort, run. Even if it runs don't chase it, it can do massive amounts of damage in a short time to you. Also be wary of packs of level 45 tanks
Against The Overfort[]
The Overfort is powerful but there are many ways to counter it, the best counter is destroyers since it has a massive hitbox and is slow you can easily hit and kill it. however beware, if it has allies with it, run.
Another good counter is a ranger/predator since its auto turrets can't reach you from long range and it has trouble turning it is entirely unable to retaliate
Using another Overfort may work, however, this is dangerous if you both have no allies since you won't have any cover, therefore, there's a massive chance you both may die.
Another counter is bullet spammers, one bullet spammer cant do anything to it so team up with a few players to take it down
The simplest way to kill it is to kill it before it becomes an Overfort. If you see a high-level Overseer that hasn't upgraded to overlord and your one of its weaknesses. kill it as fast as possible.
Trivia[]
- This is the largest playable tank in the game, minus dominators and previously the Level 140 Mothership
- It is the only playable tank with a triangle body in the game, the other triangle bodied entity is the Defender boss.
- It is the third slowest tank in the game, behind boosters aiming backward while moving forward and Motherships
- It has the highest stock health in the game, being approximately 450.
- It is the only tank to use all types of weapons in the game.
