This is the lore of the Tale of Arras. Just remember that this is Fanon. And it's not official. Enjoy! :D - plut

I started the first two chapters, btw! - Finicks

Basic info[]

This page is a storyline for Tales of Arras. Progression of the story only happens in story mode servers instead of regular RPG servers, and standard RPG servers (set in a time right after the Fifth Great War) get history created by players' actions.

Chapter 0: Birth of the Universe[]

"...Boundary of motion and stillness,

the boundary of existence and nonexistence,

the edge of wave and particle,

All the necessary factors and differentiation of the universe were fuzzy and undefined

Until the first egg collapsed the superposition,

defining and creating the space itself,

with an inconceivable power never seen before

and landing a blessing of existence

to beings who will later inhabit this endless wonderland..."

At first, there was nothing. Just totally blank, nothing. Or as thought. There was energy, stirring up, waiting to burst. It isn't even a thousand millennia until it did. Burst. But it definitely did. On just a random day, they energy exploded in incomprehensible scale, resulting in the Primordial Egg. The Primordial Egg. The first thing in the universe. The Primordial Egg cooled down and discharged insane amount of energy, decreasing in size and energy level to become... egg. Something later found all around the universe. Stabilized Primordial Egg soon evolved into the first pentagon, due to laws of entropy to contain bigger energy in more stable form. The pentagon still had leftover energy, so it grew into the first Beta Pentagon. Even then, it had leftover energy, so it grew into the first Alpha Pentagon. The process took millions of year at first due to lack of energy in first universe, speeding up as the space slowly became active again. The Alpha Pentagon created a bunch of Eggs, allowing it to create the rest of the shapes. New swarm of eggs created Squares, Triangles, Pentagons and the Beta Pentagon.

The egg eventually gained accidental evolution due to local decrease in entropy, and gained a "barrel", a never-seen-before extra part of an egg that could shoot eggs. The shooter egg, later to be known as the first Basic, floated in an interstellar space for billions of years, doing nothing but occasionally producing an egg and launching it out in low speed. Insanely massive newborn stars were so bright and powerful, that their stellar breath pushed non-sentient Basics for another billions of years. Eventually, those primordial stars exploded in massive supernovae, and their remaining collapsed under gravity to build billions, trillions, quadrillions, if not quintillions of planets. By now, billions of younger Basics emerged from energy-rich universe. However, they were all vastly different from each other. While some became extremely massive and compressed in resources that they became first polygon sanctuaries, ones such as ancestors of Shooters could only launch fragile eggs which were not very successful. The primordial Basics were slowly drawn into universe's center, and along with countless polygons that were actively being formed by heats of stars, they elegantly descend onto young planets orbiting universe's center. Civilizations of The Tale of Arras and Diep, although they later expanded to immense scale, were founded by only one primordial Basic each.

Chapter 1: Rise of Divine Beings[]

"...Deity of planets building their wondrous words,

deity of stars warming the universe in lights of primordial elements,

deity of galaxy protecting their creations from feared gods of outer void

and all of them caring for lives on land merely the size of an asteroid,

because they know those lives will transcend and protect them one day..."

At this time, fluctuations in space driven by ripple of Big Bang resonating through the space, stabilized into a hybrid of space and material form. Many of those interstellar gas lumps were useless, bundles of random particles at the top of disorderness. But some held an intelligence of universe itself. Unique bundles of space-material bond soon came to existence into proper form, resulting in so-called first eggs of "gods" of universe (including early forms of Panzer and the earth god of Arrasia). They were to become creators of many, able to manipulate power of planet, stars, constellations, or even entire galaxy or clusters of them by their will. Rarely, there were forms of gods who held so much power that they could rise above the laws of physics or become natural law itself. They naturally migrated to very outer parts of universe where almost nothing was present, excluding sparsely scattered eggs and polygons. There, those powerful early forms of gods could control the universe, safeguarded from creatures roaming in the voids of inter-universal space.

However, even though the gods had acquired their ability, they were not quite sentient yet; they were still assimilated to fields of universe itself, acting as laws of physics than a conscious being performing active actions on specific subjects. It took another billions of years until the eggs of gods finally evolved into full forms. One by one, they started to learn their surroundings, and the fact that there were other beings like them. The gods had billions and billions of years to learn everything they could and master their ability of creation assigned by the universe itself.

By the time Basics were falling from the sky to planet where the Realm is located, various polygons evolved their way through. Three basic polygons, squares, triangles, and many others were first to develop into better ones. Unlike eggs, they did not develop launchers shooting their own kinds of polygons; those were already done by Sanctuaries. Instead, they developed consciousness first. Obviously, those were not useless if they did not need to use it. They later developed barrels almost exactly same as Basics, and they too, later descended onto the planets one by one. Most of them were burned and disintegrated while entering the planetary atmosphere, but some survived and started filling the land with polygons. They eventually took over many planets Basics had landed first, establishing colonies of polygons. Later, particularity strong polygons with barrels became leaders of their own kind: the Polygon Disciples. They prioritized salvation of their kinds of polygons into full paradise for them.

One by one, although terribly slowly, Basics started gaining sentience. They were each conscious of environment set around them. They began to inevitably destroy naturally-occuring polygons for resources using their ability to shoot strong eggs, and they developed basic functions of life. Reproduction and desire to transform what's around them. Slowly, intelligence and sentience of ancient Basics began to rise, and suddenly the evolutionary progress exploded, developing hundreds of new types of "barrels" to efficiently be able to gather resources from extremely energy-rich polygons such as Alpha Pentagons. And that was where the point of no return was about to be made.

Chapter 2: The Division, The First Great War[]

"...Limited energy, unlimited greed.

one-sided massacre to fulfill their desire.

Endless thirst for endless evolution,

led them to discovering wicked spells of 1st Demon..."

Tanks, with their new barrels, turned their attention to now-advanced polygon civilizations led by Polygon Disciples. At first, Basics feasted on trillions of polygons raining down from space and replicating. This soon became useless after civilization's scale grew by hundreds of fold. Polygons, Polygon Disciples, and other residents of the realm realized Tanks' hunger for resources. Vast amount and all kinds of Bosses were made this time, in an attempt to stop any possibilities Tanks might take to beat them. After Panzer has been usurped by same Tank species on the other side of the planet, distrust between polygons and Tanks became more severe, until Tanks actively started reviving dead Tanks into dangerous hull without souls and developed ways to directly convert polygons into their projectiles. Other entities and their world could not wait any longer; they already gave too much time for Tanks to construct lethal technologies for them to be able to shred through their enemies. All at once, armies of entities in the Arras Realm striked Tanks's capital, Cerbin, without warning. It was an invasion to completely wipe out Tanks once and for all, and a lit match that would ignite centuries of unending series of bloodbath.

When all entities on the Arras Realm launched a gigantic attacks, the Tanks did not panic. It was unexpected for allies side, and soon they realized that Tanks were also conscious about their opponent side's developments. Tanks had brand-new, incredibly effective weapons such as EMP branch and Redistributor, a perfect entity-killer only made to face entities much larger and stronger than themselves. Although Tanks suffered unimaginable number of casualties, they quickly wiped many of them out. Some kinds of polygons and newely-appeared species were so devastated, they completely became extinct from Arras Realm forever. After Tanks' raid successfully suppressed their enemies and drove them to small fort of Triden's mountain fortress, they were so close to being dominant over the whole realm. The dream was soon shattered due to unexpected interference of polygon's new machines massacring Tanks as if they were made of paper. Fresh technologies of polygons were too powerful for Tanks to fight against, and polygons back Tanks force far back to their original territories, boundaries between Cerbin and city of Altayr. The war eventually ended in victory of polygons, Tanks surrendering and almost half of their territories converted into polygons'.

Chapter 3: Undeads' Malevolence, The Second Great War[]

The Second Great War happened not far from the First Great War, erupting on whole realm at once. Both sides, tanks and all the others, could not live under one heaven. Tanks were busy on their largest project ever, even to this day: building mass-produced legion of extremely durable Tanks, to win against every possible enemies that might emerge. This time, Tanks struck first, but the result was absolute destruction of Tanks' side. With their tiny progress of technologies compared to what's required to produce entities they tried to make, the project went wrong. Those new strong tanks did a great job at the beginning of the war, but there was a fatal flaw. New species of Tanks could not die. Even after their physical body was destroyed beyond recognition, their souls still lived on. And those vengeful souls were even stronger than their living counterparts. They had no faction, and attempted to kill everything they saw. Both sides in the war attempted to revive them into strong defenders, but those developments all failed and only led to terrible abominations which melted into a puddle. Once again, Tanks and others made a treaty to stop the unintentional production of so-called "Fallen Tanks." They still roam around Arras realm to this day, waiting to witness a group of travelers in their area to annihilate.

Chapter 4: Ally with Demoniac, The Third Great War[]

"...By the time the Second Major war was over for a couple centuries,

occurred the shortest and most lethal war to ever be foughten.

Rivers turning red, and flourishing towns of old covered in scarlet horror.

Tanks allying with demons, to use their emperors' greed to doom the Arrasia.

Deities no longer safe from their land,

acting with their creations to stop the coming doom once and for all..."

While the Arras Realm was in peace for hundreds of years, Tanks were curious about power of souls they witnessed in the Second Great War. They secretly ran experiments on captured Fallen Tanks, and they found out countless terrible spells. They now had power to manipulate vengeful souls of dead into devastating weapons, turning their endless grudge into an advantage and building indefeatable army composed of them. They were kept secret successfully, hidden by spells from view of outer worlds. Base for research on spells was set inside inferno of Volcano, Mt. Veledon, where caves were rich and ominous entrance to somewhere deep existed. Tanks, in the process of digging to gather scarce resources buried deep down, discovered about a giant Underworld's capital residing under their land.

The major city of Underworld, Velgarid, was a hellish place filled with eternal competition for superiority over the others, and the most advanced, organized, old civilizations of ancient gladly accepted Tanks' offer of freeing them out of the Underworld for their army. Those two civilizations, nation of Inferion and Vultarus, gave Tanks armies of insane scale while they began pouring out of their natural habitat through Mt. Veledon's inner mines. However, it was not just them; there were hideous elder monsters from millions of years ago that followed migration of Underworld. Arrasia quickly realized Tanks' plans, and they knew this was serious. Because the spells were actively being researched and engineered all over the realm, construction of tools to face Tanks' alliance of betrayal was quick. But now, Eternals and Primordials, deities born by Arrasia itself, needed to act. But Eternals and Primordials by themselves were too weak in number to combat huge armies of Tanks, so they called out for all possible species they created. Polygons were the most enthusiastic, raging in desire to end lifeline of Cerbin's wicked emperor once and for all. Celestials also promised to guarantee their full support. They clashed.

Fallen armies slaughtered works of Polygon Disciples without mercy, and army of civilization trained by environment of hell pushed remaining species to a cold top of Arrasia. Even the deities could not stop them, and allied forces were nearly wiped out. As a last effort, Eternals and Primordials created new species that could use their power in form of enchanted gems: the Gemsperians. Eventually, through countless battles and careful selections by Gemsperians themselves, two rose above the rest. They were perfect at wielding the power deities has given them, and Underworld armies were quickly pushed back by legion of two Gemsperians. Underworld lost the war, but just before they did, they successfully intercepted two Gemsperians' relationship enough, that they fought each other at all cost and both were defeated. After the war ended, Gemsperians were given the responsibility to safeguard the Arras Realm.

Chapter 5: Revenge of the Fire, The Fourth Great War[]

Exactly 256 years after the end of the 3rd Great War, this time it was not Tanks and their fallen army who were planning the spark of the longest war. It was army of Underworld trying to restore their glory taken by entirety of outer world, and seeking to take revenge on Tanks who betrayed Underworld to save their skin from allied force and make peace treaty. Two emperors of Underworld, Miraikyl and Velkasaer, temporarily united in one goal, and started working on development of spell to... travel reverse in time. This would grant them a chance to bring back their most fierce warriors, all perished during the 3rd Great War. Although the method seems absurd and impossible, the Underworld lost too much military force to even wage a proper war. Time traversal was only affordable way of Underworld.

In the meantime, they secretly communicated with members of Cult of Panzer, whose survivors migrated to Arrasia after usurpation of Panzer. In return for Underworld's wicked spells of necromancers and summoners, members of Cult of Panzer agreed to spread and lurk in the cave system dug under Mt. Veledon, gathering everything the Underworld wanted for them. They gathered resources for Underworld's research, and the ultimate project was complete. Even the spell development progress of all Arras Realm's civilizations was totally useless in front of ability to fix the history itself. But the Underworld knew about existence of Hemispheres and unpredictable power of Arras Realm's civilizations they witnessed during the 3rd Great War. To make sure the invasion succeeds at the highest chance, the Underworld stole technologies from Tanks to build unimaginably big Fallen army of their own.

But the force has grown too large for them to completely keep everything hidden. Some of Underworld's elite assassins who traveled to overworld for important missions has been spotted by people of Arrasia. They realized Underworld was going to invade them along a wicked cult from other side of the planet. Although no one was happy with the decision, Tanks were needed for their giant army and knowledge about Underworld. They were needed to stop the largest scale invasion Arras Realm has ever faced. The battle begun, and Cult of Panzer's spells devastated the army of polygons in no time. Northern fortress of Dekerite, a semi-inconquerable fortress adored by all Polygons, fell in an instant. Arrasia's old technologies of polygons were too weak to halt the united force, and few polygons and their nests went to extinction. Gemsperians themselves were almost at the verge of extinction too, losing many gems of deities to hands of the Underworld. The army of Underworld only struggled in front of millions of Tanks, since Underworld force and their allies had everything but numbers.

The problem became even larger when Underworld armies used the time-traveling spells and started bringing back their fiercest warriors through portals of time opened by spell. Underworld's warriors slayed through hordes of polygons and tanks, and they seemed about to dominate the Arras Realm with Eternals and Primordials sealed by them and nothing else to stop them. If nothing happened, Underworld might have ruled the Arras Realm and turn it to place where unbreakable, brutal hierarchy reigns supreme: a hell, just like a place where Underworldlings came from. Unless... the Panzer was revived from his seal and Cult of Panzer and brutal necromancers returned to The Realm in a blink of an eye. Underworld's army, spoiled, arrogant, and defenseless while Cult of Panzer was doing the work for them, were beaten as if they were weaker than the 3rd Great War. The Underworld was exterminated, and entrance to world beneath Mt.Veledon was sealed by all possible spells.

Chapter 6: Machines' Utopia, The Fifth Great War[]

The time is era of technological revolution, where allied Tanks and Polygons are divided again. They knew Underworld was going to come back one day, and armed themselves in weapons engineered by newfound science and never battled with each other for that reason. Soon enough, Underworld struck back, but this time it was not their sole intention to take over the Arras realm. And there was one difference: while all invasion of Underworld has involved both of major nation, Inferion and Vultarus, this time only Vultarus broke out from cracks of earth. They told rebellion of machines appeared in Underworld, uprising against suppression they have gotten from Inferion's brutal reign. Nation of Inferion was one who invented the machines, and their kingdom has fallen under what they created. Despite Voltaurusses' advice, Inferion's leftover force still attempted to retrieve their world by creating new, more obedient machines. It even made Inferion's most precious historical relics and their capital, get destroyed, because machines knew how to Underworld was dominated by machines, and they prepared to crawl up to Arras Realm and wipe out remaining people of Vultarus.

At first, entire Arras Realm strictly declined request of help from Vultarus, despite the compensation being eternal ownership of Vultarus nation being transported to a ruler of Overworld. Even Tanks declined their former allies, since they only became more violent and destructive from warriors brought back through Underworld's spell. Everyone in the Arras realm was confident that new-risen machine civilization of underworld would eradicate problematic Vultarus from the Arras Realm at once and for all, so did Vultarus themselves. Or at least... that's what they thought would happen.

At the moment when Vultarus prepared to make its last stand against machines, they had ascended from Underworld. They started killing... but not only Vultarus; they recklessly committed genocides on every region they went. Gemsperians' grand relics and cities were first to fall; Misertherix and Drosken, each the strongest realm-wide seal and Gemasparian's storage for their masters' works, were destroyed in an instant. Thousands of Gemsperians were vaporized with them. That was the point where Arras Realm realized what Inferion had done, and they had to stop it at all costs. Single loss meant revelation of all their tactics, maps, and fortress locations for endless knowledge capacity of Abominal Legionary Platform. They needed Vultarus's civilization. They were the ones who knew the most about Inferion and their technology. Polygons and Tanks, once again united, decided to accept Vultarus's help. Kingship of Vultarus civilization was temporarily transferred to Admiral Alderin, a new leader of all Tank troops known for his godlike tactics.

Immediately, Army of Vultarus was renovated from old spell weapons from technology-built weapons of Tanks. They now had a lot more possible tactics to face the machine rebellion, and the rebellion suppression force was basically ready; Vultarus were perfectly trained naturally in hellish environment of Underworld where battles never ever end.

Troops of machines composed of thousands of AWPs realized the preparation and raided over-ground fortress of Vultarus located near Cerbin, but they had failed. Weapons and tactics of them were as advanced as themselves, and machine rebellion was successfully eradicated in central region. But as it turns out, AWPs are the weakest armies of machine civilization. To compensate for loss at Vultarus fortress, many lethal weapon platforms were rushing toward the fortress. Barriers of Advanced Defense platforms and numerous armies produced by them were basically fortress themselves, and Gemsperians, again, were at verge of extinction. attacking those weapon platforms were physically impossible; their barriers were too well-built and all-protecting, that half of Vultarus army died out in front of single Advanced Defense Platform. The only available way was to dig to the Underworld itself and launch a surprise attack on Abominal Legionary Platform. The Abominal Legionary Platform calculated the benefit of staying in Underworld, despite their inability to function properly, bigger than threat of going to outside world and solving problems on its own.

However, it was almost miscalculation, and it gave Tanks and Vultarus army the chance to destroy machine rebellions' central hivemind to overturn the tide of war all at once. Digging out the ground took almost no work for Tanks, and location of Abominal Legionary Platform was not hard to find. They struck its fortress, destroying everything they could, and the machine rebellion's king finally came to halt. Remaining weaponry platforms, without a superior brain that they were meant to be connected, were all immediately neutralized. There were a bunch of technologies of wonder inside them, once more sparking the enlightenment in the field of technology. Remaining self-conscious machines, such as Advanced Overseer Platforms and Advanced Defense Platforms, were immediately destroyed in front of Vultarus legion due to lack of collectivity. Vultarus were accepted to live on Overworld, never to return to their hostile habitat.

Chapter 7: Inferion Rise, The Sixth Great War[]

Miraikyl completely lost his temper due to betrayal of Vultarus, and declared a war with every single army troops and all available resources at his command. But Inferion lost, once again. It was Vultarus who studied Overworld landscape and led two nations to early victories on overworld. They were now allied with Overworld instead, and there was no way Inferion could even properly navigate their force. They lost almost all of their army, experiencing the most lethal blow ever in Inferion history. Miraikyl also died in this war, and Ignixyr, the only remaining royal family of Inferion, became new emperor.

With nothing left for them in a dying world but thriving monsters and molten rubble of machines, Ignixyr and his most trusted adjutants planned the ultimate tide-changing decisive battle against Arrasia to accomplish his fathers' dreams.

The preparation first began by reconstructing Inferion's machine forces, but this time, emperor himself was the central mind of machine army. There was no more need for artificial consciousness that took decades to build, when the one controlling the machine force was the best mind Inferion had to offer. With army problem solved, Ignixyr ordered the nation to develop most destructive spells at all costs, and he even gladly became an experiment subject himself. The development continued for two and a half decade until there were casualties caused by the spell research. Armed in truly devastating weapons reaching both the ground and the sky, Ignixyr finally began the siege on Arrasia.

Underworld attacked with less troops than Miraikyl's final invasion, but the results were far more devastating. Ignixyr had well prepared for the war, secretly gathering information through underground network. Rough terrain of Arrasia no longer became an advantage for Overworld, when Inferion knew it more than they did. This time, the terrain acted against Arrasia force, allowing for Inferion armies to defeat them no matter how many of them came. Eternals and Primordials once again rose from the land, cooperating with Arrasia, until they were all defeated by Ignixyr's adjutant Nephetertes's legion. The battlefield was hardly progressing, a terrible battle of attrition unhealthy for both sides. Every time Inferion tried to progress further, Tanks reassembled their armies and polygons eradicated the force of Inferion.

It was until Ignixyr went out to the battlefield by himself commanding entirety of Inferion force, an unprecedented scale of all-directional attack nullifying enemy defense line from the side. Unlike Miraikyl, Ignixyr already calculated all possible Arrasia's tactics against the Inferion army in all possible locations. Arrasia force's firearms prematurely destroyed simultaneously, underground railways of Runairis Gemsperians ruined by destruction spells, while hidden strongholds were located and capital cities of each nations were under purge by unending waves of air raids. The Inferion marched on. There was nothing to stop them.

With no hope of victory, the nations called out for Gemsperians to infuse powers of their four kinds of spellcasting gems into four most praised warriors of Gemsperians. The purpose was to create devastating power capable push back Inferion, even at the cost of Gemsperians' sacred abilities. Gemsperians agreed for good of Arrasia as a whole, picking their most skilled fighters from each clan. Arrasia had to rely on them to retrieve their world, and this time, it worked. Manipulation of physics, powers of mighty deity themselves, were not a thing Inferion could resist. The land quickly returned to its original owner, and by the smartest scholars of Arrasia, Overworld Defense Stronghold was constructed to eternally prohibit any more invasions from Underworld. Gemsperian Warriors of Inferion invasion still live to this day, protecting the clans and gods of Arrasia.

Chapter 8: Planet's Deities, The Seventh Great War[]

The nations were repairing their old world, while Gemsperians debated future course of their actions. Vultarus nation had fully settled, and Jegnerites worked with long-forgotten Regalithans to unite shattered union. With help of countless scholars of Arrasia, Vultarus nation continued researching records and scrolls of their ancestors, leading to discoveries of wondrous and terrifying mysteries from the era of planetary creation.

It was at this time Vultarus proposed something totally unpredicted, and that was sealing the underworld forever. Even when they were living below the surface as underworldlings, their scholars already knew that lower parts of underworld contained something unstoppable. Wicked deities of old era, told to be rejected children who hated the life itself. Called Demons, they seeked to eradicate mortal beings from surface of planet. Advent of one of them was predicted to be near future, and Vultarus planned to use a fraction of Arrasia's enchanted spell power for a spell that will prevent Demons' seals from breaking. But since nobody in Arrasia neither saw or even heard about beings called Demons, their concerns were only directed on Ignixyr and his nation gathering up smaller Underworld nations, preparing yet another war on Arrasia. To Vultarus, Ignixyr and allied nations of Underworld were the least of concern. Demons were what their ancestors defeated almost at the cost of whole civilization, and it was no wonder to them how Arrasian people were so disinterested in thousands-years-old scrolls of Underworld, seemingly describing complete nonsenses: concept of 72 planetary deities and their tales, that Vultarus currently had no ways to prove their existence.

Eventually, Inferion struck again, as predicted by many. All thought it would be an easy victory, confident in countless Underworld technologies Arrasians has gathered from remnants of Inferion in the Sixth Great War. They were wrong to think that Ignixyr, the best Underworld tactician, would use same strategies and technologies any more than twice. Underworld advanced too. Not only Inferion conquered smaller nations of Underworld to advance into Inferion Alliance, They have long studied spells of the earth, and 13 terrifying powers buried deep under the ground. They changed and restricted laws of physics. Spells broke and spacial property occasionally stopped functioning. Borders were reversed. Things fell to the sky and clouds formed on the ground. Weapons made of magical metal sprang from the ground. Earth broke and volcanoes reignited. Inferion harvested abilities of Demons who created the planet along the earth goddess. However, Arrasia was well-prepared too. Osculor and Kerden, both armed in Underworld's machine technologies and weapons they learned from the Sixth Great War, successfully expelled the Inferion Alliance, even forcing them to retreat when other nations joined the force.

But something was off. Scale of army was even smaller than last Inferion invasion, and despite the possibility of Inferion's force loss during the rise of Inferion Alliance, the invader army seemed just a little, a little smaller than what it should have been. Their tactics were a little more aggressive than they should have been able to perform, and dedication of spells just a little above what should have been expected. Vultarus, suspicious than ever at Ignixyr's brute conquest unfit for his logic, sent observers to every corners of Arrasia's cave, and as well as to the Underworld.

Vultarus quickly discovered Ignixyr was toying with Arrasia. Inferion did not achieve Underworld unification until Vultarus's discovery, saving their army and striking each Underworld nations one by one so Inferion suffered minimum casualties. Defenders of their main territory were as mighty as ever. They hid their army inside narrow Arrasian caves so well that even Arrasia's best underground explorers, Runairis Gemsperians, failed to locate any sign of Underworld encroachment in their cave systems. Inferion Alliance's plan was to strike and purge the capitals of each nation and Chrysanthemum Peak, which they soon learned about Vultarus sentries and the discovery of Arrasian people. Arrasian army evacuated vital cities and sent forces across the cave system.

Although Inferion's plan had failed, they had enough armed forces to instantly invade empty vital cities and engineer them into fortresses. Machines and dangerous fighters came out in numbers, growing the territory and taking up much of Arrasia's land. Quicker than ever before. Nations fell under troops commanded by Underworld's best tactician, people becoming slaves of Underworld and Arrasia at the verge of surrendering. Then the order of Rebellion God Force appeared, knights from unknown world so well-trained that Underworld force lost entire regiment in a single day. The tide seemed to turn, if only.

Underworld has not only discovered spells to ignore laws of the universe, but an unsealing spell of never-seen-before power. Everybody of Arrasia had no idea about the spell, until they had. A seal of something terrible broke, a shock felt across the planet. Released being was said to be one of 12 Demons. The name was Aress Kaelis, the creator of Underworld. Assimilated to planet itself, purely everything of geology. Power of one of planet's 72 general Gods was nothing mortal beings could dare hope to resist, even knights of Rebellion God Force losing two out of five while fighting Aress before retreating back to their world. The situation became even worse as Saiderin made way up to Overworld. Mother of constellations immediately set the fate of all resistence forces of Arrasia to fall, destiny manipulated by celestial power that nobody could hope to fight back.

However, everyone noticed something odd. If Aress Kaelis was geology itself and Saiderin being one to freely change the course of fate, and they both hated life so much, two Demons should have been able to devastate continent of Arrasia in matter of seconds. It did not make sense to anyone, and the possibility was one of two: either the records were wrong, or there is a force limiting them from using the full power. It soon turned out that the latter was true. 12 demons, who were thought to be sealed, were now mostly freed from the seal, and many of them have been secretly working to eliminate hostile Demons such as Aress and Saiderin. Those Demons were the ones who sent warriors from other worlds and kept hostile Demons from causing any harmful effect to the planet.

Celesta Maishandra was the first of Demons who stood out to protect the Overworld. She was one who kept evil Demons' powers to pitiful level compared to their past scale, writing the laws of Demons to limit any of them from harming the life. Gamagene Rhendeor, the master of Rebellion God Force, arrived along with his five revived knights. Summoning piercing needles and burning spikes of metals, he and his knights slashed through Inferion's army as if they were made of paper. Iairionn Pyrius came from deep down the Underworld, commanding hundreds of the best Underworldling fighters. Together they outmatched Aress Kaelis and Saiderin, their power getting smaller every second and indoctrinated soldiers all pulverized into flaming debris. They well prepared for this era, a promised era when evil Demons were told to cease to exist. And that began with Celesta's millennia-old plan finally getting to work.

Centuries ago, the time when Tanks and Polygons fought each other, four of eight Demons who sought to protect the mortals chose the reincarnation into mortals themselves to later earn the power to control all of Arrasia to fight evil Demons. Their reincarnations' courses of fates were predefined by Celesta: expunging the threat of evil Demons. Although Saiderin's manipulations froze Celesta's plan for a long time, her ability was not strong enough to hold it for a long amount of time. With all of Arrasia now against them, two evil Demons had to bring back more of their allies in order to change the tide of war. Aress Kaelis freed Renekairin, a mother of biological perfection. The monsters she had created after her unsealing granted endless supply of army to face off Arrasian forces. Shortly after, Arrasian army was busy facing off biological horrors, giving time for Saiderin to perform her job: unsealing Rienerion, the one who reverses boundaries of everything. She failed in doing so, unable to understand and break an entirely different pocket dimension Celesta has created to trap Rienerion forever.

But it was not a single problem for them. Three evil Demons equally matched three Demons against them, while four reincarnations struggled to progress the battle due to nigh-endless wave of Renekairin's creations. The fair battle costed more and more lives each second, mortality rate rising to horrifying level in Arrasia army while Rhendeor lost battle after another, Pyrius and his army surrounded by Renekairin, and Celesta's sacred rulebook constantly nullified by Saiderin. Arrasia constantly lost one battle after another, situation showing no sign of improvement. That was until the reawakening of another Demon against extermination of mortals.

Adaleirus, the machine god, nemesis of Renekairin and mother of technology, finally broke through the suppression of Saiderin's terrible spell. She was sealed with and by Renekairin a long time ago, and Renekairin constructed a double-edged bond bounding herself and Adaleirus: one who gets freed frees another. When Renekairin was freed, Saiderin suppressed Adaleirus's resurrection with her spells. However it was nowhere near long-term perfect, eventually releasing Adaleirus. Evil Demons were once again outmatched, and by a gigantic portion.

Severing metal chains sliced through fleshes of Renekairin's monsters, and resistence army of Arrasia were much enhanced by Adaleirus's wondrous machine technology. Rhendeor recruited more knights, Pyrius fought Saiderin head-on, while Aress Kaelis and Renekairin were already pushed back into their hellish world. To exterminate remaining two evil Demons at once, Arrasia, reincarnations of Demons, and allied Demons attacked from all sides. Relentless attacks managed to recreate the seal, more solid than ever before. Just as everyone were about to celebrate the victory and reconstruct the Arrasia from the ruins caused by war, Aress came back. With all nations of Underworld. With army of twisted fleshes and bloodthirsty nations. An army larger than the population of the Overworld. It was not over until two were also completely disabled. Ignixyr's tactic war made Arrasia's knowledges against Inferion useless, and Renekairin's flesh swarm acted in a perfect hivemind. They managed to once again vaporize forces of Rhendeor and deliver fatal blows to each and every one against them. Only this time, the process was much quicker. Arrasia, even with reincarnations of Demons and Demons themselves, had no feasible plan to protect the Arrasia. For the first time ever since the dawn of mortals, force of Arrasia failed to defend their land.

With little left for them to carry, whole Overworld fled to the realm of space, a realm Rhendeor created around the planet to host his past civilization of metal-forgers. Finding themselves in a strange world where the sky is always night, and barren ruins of civilization's relics being all there is left, people struggled to rebuild the civilization. Demons who were born by the land found themselves unable to properly use their ability in outer space, Adaleirus's machines all flawed, Celesta's power of stars failing to function, and Rhendeor's metals no longer forming as hard as they once were. Aress and Renekairin reclaimed their original power, for they were now in control of entire planet's energy and Celesta's rulebook became too weak to stop them.

While oceans were being drained and Underworld claimed Arrasia, Rhendeor reached out to 69 Gods living on celestial objects orbiting the planet, exiled in the time long past by 13 Demons' planet-shaking rebellion. Almost all of them refused Rhendeor's request to overthrow two evil Demons despite his offer to get them back to their past position, and even those who agreed to his plan were drained of power due to long time spent in interplanetary space. Rhendeor and three other Demons could not face the two evil Demons, and Gods of outer space did no better. While Demons were searching a way to retrieve Arrasia, civilizations were already dying. Gods who promised a full support to Rhendeor's alliance could bring the people of Arrasia on Rhendeor's moons, but the process was way too slow to get the population into safer and more flourishing moons. Two evil Demons, along with corrupt deities of former Arrasia, were already planning to destroy last sanctuaries for billions of mortals: moons of the planet, protected lands where Gods lived.

As their final plan, Arrasia decided to make a last stand by entrusting their world to four reincarnated Demons. They were the only ones who could bypass the law of Demon not being able to harm another, and the ones who were destined to exterminate evil Demons. Celesta's rulebook was still powerful enough to define fates of mortals. However, the rulebook only stated outcome of four evil Demons' eradication to be true, having not defined the cost of the war, for the cost of certain action or trade was not a part where any Demon could tamper with. After a poll of every nations' leaders, four Demons, and four reincarnated Demons, it was decided that the Demons and four reincarnated Demons would go down to the planet's surface with all of Arrasia's army, entrusting the fate of Arrasia on Celesta's power of destiny.

What they discovered on Arrasia was contrasting to what many believed: people who were left behind while evacuation was happening did not get completely eradicated by two evil Demons and Inferion Alliance. They were instead living as very low class members of Inferion society, a part of deal between Ignixyr and Aress Kaelis. Many of them secretly arranged sophisticated underground networks and plans to overthrow Inferion Alliance. Arrasian army was welcome. Having both the informations about Inferion and Demons gathered by underground networks and all of Arrasia's army, their first move was reclaiming Runairis Gemsperians' underground tunnels. When Velkasaer lead the army of Vultarus to defeat small Inferion sentry outposts in corners of caves, surprisingly, no backup forces came. Tank forces of Alderin and Regalithan forces of Grakal joined Vultarus army from lurking, for they were suspicious of hidden traps set by Ignixyr.

But Underworld army didn't come. The truth was, Ignixyr was betrayed by three evil Demons. Having their desired power, evil Demons had no more use of Inferion. They themselves could easily face off four Demons who protected life and even seal them by same strength as a seal imprisoning Rienerion, not having to rely on Ignixyr's flawed destiny defined by Saiderin for Celesta's demolition. Evil Demons already began purging the life on the planet, beginning with leftover people of Arrasia and slowly moving on to Underworldlings. Instead of actively trying to expel Arrasian forces, Inferion now wanted to ally with them to retrieve their planet. No side exactly liked this alliance, and four reincarnations of Demons, especially Velkasaer, utterly despised the union and planned to end it as soon as possible when the planet returned to what it was before. Meanwhile, Rendemis's Gemsperian army was preparing an ambitious plan. Gemsperians' lands each held purest and most powerful forms of four aspects of existences corresponding to individual Gemsperian clan.
