The Surfer is one of the current Tier 4 Tank upgrades that may be able to upgrade from from the Tri-Angle or the Cruiser at level 45. The Surfer may not upgrade any further as it is at the end of its tank branch. Idea by Enigmium and Tacocat247, DO NOT STEAL.
Design[]
The Surfer features a circular tank body as a base a Cannon mounted back in a similar way to the Tri-Angle, along with a Partisan Spawner mounted onto the front and the back of the tank.
