Fanon:The Split Entity

The Split Entity is one of the many Boss Tanks that exist in the Tale of Diep continuity. It is the Boss Tank variant of the Twin. Idea by Diepmon. Integrated and created off ideas by Zathsu.

Design[]

The second of the Knights, he is the most defensive-oriented of the group. His name refers to his appearance, not that he has two personalities.

He is an orange tank with two barrels that are set far apart and angled away from the body. In the middle of those barrels, there is a Drone spawner while on his back there is the top of a helmet with a point on it. On his body is a symbol that he shares with the other Knights, which is an arrow pointing down. The barrels also have two gray circles each in their middles.

Attacks[]

Split Charge: Always used as his first attack. One barrel fires directly left and the other directly right while he speeds down the hallway.

Valence Orbital: Passive ability. The drone spawner pumps out drones that have the health of a Small Crasher, but these drones are colored orange and only damage tanks if they touch them. Otherwise, the drones circle the Split Entity to serve as shields (they congregate in groups, not in a ring.)

Boosted Charge: The barrels extend slightly as he reverses himself, using their recoil to propel himself into tanks (the point is the Lancer spike here.)

Gravitate: He spits out square drones that gravitate tanks toward them. When they touch the drones, tanks receive the Burned debuff for 5 seconds.

Clang Clang: The helmet flips down on top of the top of the arrow, and the drone barrel transforms into a trap spawner that spawns Mega Trapper traps that chase tanks down like drones.

Final Hour: The left and right barrels release lasers that have heavy penetration and deal heavy damage to tanks that touch them. Used at 10% health, lasts for 15 seconds. During this time, the drones that encircle him grow somewhat bigger and the production rate is doubled.
