Overview[]

The Tale of Arras is basically an independent fictional work originating from [1]The Extended Tale of Diep created by finicks, which is a expansion pack itself to the The Tale of Diep. Anyone can edit, create, and expand pages!

Tale of Arras includes:

  • A completely new storyline: The Tales of Arras's stage is another realm separate to where The Tale of Diep takes place. The Tales of Arras covers wide range of time; from rise of the Arras realm itself, to full-blown battles between Tanks and Hemispheres!
  • New game modes: The Tales of Arras has lots of new game modes to join and get your 1m run ruined by random projectile in your way have fun! What's different from The Tale of Diep, is that game modes mostly focus on the storyline. It means a crap ton of varying Boss Rushes to Dungeon Quest-style servers as well as some secret "event" ones!
  • Hundreds of new tanks, characters, and bosses: There are hundreds of new bosses to fight against! They can be met by playing Boss Rushes or Dungeon Quests. Some bosses appear in Event servers, an extremely powerful entities and parts of hidden lore. Good luck dodging their bullet hells!
  • Several new places in the Realm: New polygon disciples, more lands they rule. Countless more areas are added, with each having different series of unique bosses to commit genocide to explore and have fun. Travel is accessible via World Portal.
  • Dozens of new Achievements: Instead of tens of achievements, there are now hundreds of them. Difficulty ranges from cakewalk to impossible. Good luck trying to achieve those all!
  • Battle new Celestial Bosses: Celestials play an important role in the story. They are beings who lived far longer than the Realm itself, and they appear in Boss Rushes and Dungeon Quests. Higher Celestials, Constellations, can occasionally be found along with few other Celestials and Bosses at random places. Even higher Celestials such as Eternals and Primordials, are either the final bosses of a story server or only spawns in game-wide event.
  • And so... much... more! :D

DLCs (DownLoadable Contents, not Dough-Liquidating Contents)[]

First, DLCs of The Tale of Arras are completely free. Instead of money, they can be unlocked by achieving certain achievements, acting as bunch of extra contents for someone to enjoy once they are bored in standard Realm. DLCs grants access to many events that happen in a span of days or weeks, such as Celestials DLC granting access button to a special Boss Rush or Dungeon Quest servers that open once every few days. The DLCs include:

  • "Polygon Mother Takes Action": By destroying absolutely absurd amount of polygons, this DLC is eventually and inevitably unlocked. The DLC includes several Boss Rushes in 4 (5 if hidden Ultra difficulty is unlocked) difficulties of insane magnitude.
  • "Rise of Gemsperians": Based on Rise of Hesperia DLC of The Extended Tale of Diep, Rise of Gemsperians grants player an access to Fortresses of Gemsperians and a whole bunch of new bosses to battle with. Lustus Elfhege is one Primordial-class boss added by unlocking DLC.
  • "Starfall": Calamity Star is another Primordial-class boss of The Tales of Arras below the Ederis. Entirity of the DLC focuses on occasional events related to the Calamity Star, a fights mainly consisting its creations/disciples and Calamity Star itself. Countless Influx Bosses spawn in those events.
  • "REBELLION Artificial Force": Very large DLC. It basically adds half worthy of game upon being unlocked, and includes diverse Boss Rushes and Dungeon Quests containing AWPs, hundreds of mini-bosses, another powerful bunch of abominations, and most importantly, another final boss of the game: Abominal Legionary Platform.
  • "Final Battle": Rulers of the Underworld, who were manipulating the realm and its events from behind, finally shows up in full force in an attempt to stop Tanks from ending their reign. Strongest bosses in the game are present in Final Battle DLC, and defeating them will result in an official end credit.

Story[]

The story is, long story short, starts with the Destroyer getting created all the way up to where the seventh war, the final and the truly endless war between all creations of Hemispheres and Hemispheres themselves, takes place. You can go to the Story of Tale of Arras for the whole story.
