The Tower of Terror is a secret gamemode that is hard to access and is similar to the Labyrinth
Mechanics[]
- The tower is divided into 120 rooms, most of them involve fighting something
- You can earn Tower Score (TS) by killing tough enemies, completing rooms, and defeating Mini Bosses/Bosses. TS can be used to purchase things in merchant rooms. TS is shared among all players
- If you die you respawn when your group reaches the next healing room or merchant room. You can also respawn if one of your teammates uses a Revive, or if the final boss is defeated.
- If the whole team dies, its game over
Rooms[]
There are four main types of rooms: Healing rooms, Combat Rooms, Mini Boss Rooms, and Boss Rooms.
Healing Rooms[]
Healing rooms are rooms where you can heal, change your tank, and change your build. The first room and every room after a boss room are Healing rooms.
Merchant rooms[]
Merchant rooms are a variant of healing rooms which replace every other healing room. These rooms allow you to buy stuff using Tower Score (TS) to help you out.
Things sold[]
- Revive - 150 TS. Can be used on a fallen teammate. You can only have 3 revives at a time.
- Random Dominator - 200 TS. Only one can exist at a time, Trapper dominator sold separately.
- Random Lesser Boss - 150 TS. Replaces the non-trapper Dominator upon purchase.
- Healer - 150 TS. Heals tanks below 75% hp, only one can exist at a time.
- Healer Upgrade - 150 TS. Replaces the Healer with one of its upgrades
- Trapper Dominator - 100 TS. Only two can exist at a time.
- Sanctuary - 200 TS. Functions mostly the same as the ones in Siege. Replaces an existing trapper dominator upon purchase, only one can exist at a time. It only heals tanks in boss rooms
- Helper tank - 50 TS. Summons a bot tank (always the same tank as you or one of your teammates) to help you. Its build is always 0/2/6/4/8/7/6/6/3/0 (Max/Max/3/Max/3/0 if Smasher Branch). Only two can exist at a time
- Stat Boost - 100 TS. Boosts your Damage, Speed, Defense, and Regeneration by 30% when activated. Lasts for 5 minutes. Can only be activated 3 times before you have to buy it again.
- Slowness - 100 TS. Slows down enemies and bosses for 30 seconds, also slows down bosses attack speed. Can be used 5 times before you have to buy it again.
- Hazard Protection - 100 TS. Makes you immune to the hazards in combat rooms for 5 minutes.
Combat Rooms[]
Combat rooms are rooms where you fight enemies while avoiding obstacles and hazards. Any room that is not a Healing Room, Boss Room, or Mini Boss Room is a combat room. Enemies in combat rooms range from Crashers and Sentries to other tanks.
Hazards[]
Most hazards disappear after some time
- Sliding walls - Can block off parts of the room and trap players/enemies
- Crusher - Can crush entities that get stuck in between them
- Rotating walls - Like sliding walls but they rotate
- Mirror - Reflects projectiles back at the user. Reflected projectiles can hurt both players and enemies
- Vacuum - Sucks projectiles and entities into it
- Ultra Vacuum - A vacuum that can suck in players and puppets
- Anti Vacuum - Blows projectiles and entities away from it, can also shoot things that were sucked up by Vacuums and Ultra Vacuums
- Slippery floor - Makes players drift around on it
- Auto turret
- Spikes - Harms players that touch it
- Grappler - Grabs entities and pulls them away
Mini Boss Rooms[]
Mini Boss rooms often contain Lesser bosses like the Rogues, Fallen Tanks and other mid-tier threats. Mini Boss Rooms occur every 5th room before a boss room (room 5, 15, 25, etc)
Boss Rooms[]
Boss rooms contain more powerful bosses than Mini Boss rooms. Many bosses come from other gamemodes like Labyrinth and Siege but some are unique to the tower. Boss Rooms happen every 10 rooms.
Bosses[]
- The 8th anniversary Fallen Bosses (room 10)
- Two random terrestrials (room 20)
- An Armed Star MkIII (room 30)
- Power Surge (room 40)
- A random celestial (room 50)
- A Whyvern (room 60)
- Elite Hybrid (room 70)
- Some other bosses (room 80-110)
- Final Boss (Room 120)
- The Greatest Warrior in the Galaxy (when the final boss reaches 1% hp)
