The Hexagon is the second strongest Polygon in Diep.io, second only to the Alpha Pentagon.

It grants a score of 1500 XP to the player who deals the final shot.

The Hexagon looks very similar to the Pentagon at first, leading many players to believe it is a special Pentagon, however the Hexagon has a distinct cyan color, with 6 sides instead of 5.

Hexagons are significantly rarer than Pentagons, with roughly a ratio of 50:1.

Strategy

Hexagons help serve as great XP sources, giving the highest amount of all normal Polygons (excluding Shiny Variants or the Alpha Pentagon).

Due to the Hexagon being significantly stronger than most Polygons, it is advised to not ram into it, as they can deal great amounts of damage, quickly leading to death.

Trivia

• Before September 19, 2025, hexagons were small and had less HP and body damage. Now, they are larger and similar to arras.io Hexagons.
• Before September 19, 2025, they had 10 HP, slightly more Body Damage than a square, and gave 25 XP.
