Launchers are unique weapons that lay Traps, time limited objects that deal great amounts of damage when hit. They have very little recoil.
Appearance
Launchers have a rectangle base with a upside-down trapezoid at the end. They can be on the front, back, and/or sides of a tank. Size varies; the size of the Traps fired depends on the size of its launcher. Regardless, all Trap launchers behave exactly the same.
Wielders
- Trapper: Has a launcher attached to the front of the tank.
- Mega Trapper: Has a Larger Launcher, laying bigger and more durable Traps, with extra penetration and damage.
- Overtrapper: Similar to Trapper, but adds 2 Drone Spawners on its back, which can not be controlled, and has a short fov.
- Gunner Trapper: The slightly bigger launcher is moved to the tank's back and 2 upgraded Gunner barrels appear in the launcher's place. Their traps move slightly slower.
- Auto Trapper: Adds an Auto Turret to its body.
- Tri-Trapper: Adds 2 more launchers to its back, set at an angle so that they are equally spaced around the tank.
- Defender: A boss that has 3 launchers, placed similarly to the Tri-Trapper.
- Trapper Dominator: A variant of the Dominator that has 8 launchers, the most of any trap-layer. Tt is the only dominator that can move (but only very slightly).
Trivia
- Launchers were first added in the July 18th update, being possessed by Trapper, Mega Trapper, Tri-Trapper, Overtrapper and by Gunner Trapper.
- The Auto Trapper was later added with the August 15th update.
- The Defender was the last tank added (in the August 23rd update) to use launchers, but the first (and only) boss tank to use them, with a total of three launchers.
