Decratite has been mostly alone for who knows how long. While he does occasionally meet with the other disciples, he stays in self-imposed isolation in the very center of the area of the realm known as Somber Falls, with only his army for company. His true personality has changed over the centuries, recently feeling gloomy because of his isolation and has been trying to present himself the best he could direct towards the other Disciples, whom he correctly believes avoid coming in contact with him as much as possible. Only Pentavain has the privilege to formally speak to Decratite. This disciple wields a giant and powerful weapon known as the Prism Staff, which tanks on more than one occasion have tried to steal and ended up getting squashed by Decratite's Quasar army. Light can hurt in many of its forms, and he proficiently shows how.

Overview

Decratite is one of the eight Disciples of the Polygons. He is the most powerful of the Disciples, utilizing many arcane abilities and physical strategies to aid him in battle. He also created the Prism, a powerful entity utilizing all of the Disciples' powers to great extents (against the ordinances of the Polygons, actually), but unfortunately, it broke out from under his control and escaped to wreak havoc somewhere in the Realm. As a result of this and his showy tendencies, the other Disciples pay him little attention, leading to his self-imposed isolation in the heart of Somber Falls, resentful of the attention he believes he deserves. He still retains great protection over his subjects, and like Ennealis, he has an army of his own: the Quasars. The point of his grudge is far greater towards the tanks who slaughter the noble Decagons than the other Disciples, who he believes avoid him on purpose.

He represents the Decagons and every defender associated with them, including the Quasars. Decratite, along with the other Polygon Disciples, is located in the heart of his Edifice. He is located within the mystical landscape known as Somber Falls, where magic reigns over physics. His complex is filled with the Decagon-based inhabitants and the keepers that await any intruders. They will be fought first before facing down the ruler of them all.

Design

Decratite's body, hands, and arms are all white decagons of different sizes. He has a spawner on the bottom of his body, and a helmet that follows the contours of his edges. On the helmet is a gold three-pronged symbol, and on top of that is a white decagon gem. With both hands, Decratite holds a massive staff, the Prism Staff. On one end is a sword blade, and on the other is a prismatic crystal that can fire various energy formations and beams. Two handles with blue-violet streaks in the middle are placed below the holders of the two staff weapons. In Phase 2, Decratite can split it in two and recombine it to perform new attacks.

Stats

Decratite can summon various enemies, ranging from Decagons, Crashers, and Quasars to even bosses, the Gunship and the Industrian. In Phase 2, Decratite implements Nest Defenders in his spawn waves, with his two related bosses thrown in a lot of places.

ZathsuGrav Weapon Decratite Prism Staff

Decratite's Prism Staff. Don't steal or he'll crush you.

Decratite does NOT lose the ability to use his giant staff in Phase 2. Like Trites, he is able to use his weapon, and now he can split it up and recombine it to perform new attacks to devastating effect.

The bottom spawner spawns normal White Destroyer crashers occasionally, a 1/20 chance for each one to spawn as a Quasar, which is randomized out of the 10 types. An occasional decagon is also released, a 15% chance instead of a Quasar pair. Rarely there is a 1/30 chance for each decagon to spawn as one of the two Nest Defenders associated with them (Veraltellonn or Blasar).

Decratite's spawner releases the Nest Defender with an audible "thunk" and can be seen shaking a bit afterward. There is a limit of 130 crasher types, 35 Quasars of any type, and 2 decagon nest defenders. Decagons have a limit of 60. Neither limits apply to the Crashers, Quasars, Decagons, or additional Nest Defenders used in Decratite's attacks.

Decratite is extremely powerful, even more so than all of the rest of the Disciples 1-on-1. He has a good deal of magical powers, like Pentavian or Trites, but is also an excellent staff fighter, performing all kinds of spinning pole attacks, while occasionally blocking ammunition from players.

The Fight

Phase 1

During this phase of the battle, he is in the center of the arena in his "Idle" stance, staying still as more players join in. Decratite stands up, and speaks his monologue. His first attack will block the exit and is only used once. The exit is blocked with a wave of glass-like transparent decagons. Polygons created by Decratite will not reward any EXP.

Decratite is invulnerable during Phase 1, and only when his hands' HP reaches 0 will cause Decratite to enter Phase 2. Like Trites, Decratite will not lose his weapon in the transition to Phase 2, and instead, it gains more use, being able to be split and recombined in unique attacks. Ammunition will pass through his hands as usual.

  • Glass Floor: Decratite summons a wall of glass-transparent decagons to block the exit. At the exit, they melt down and reform into a glass barrier. This barrier is impossible from the outside or inside and will push players back with no damage, allowing nothing to enter or exit the fortress room. It also sparkles with the different colors of the rainbow, each using the exact hex color of the eight main polygons.

Your end is nigh!

  • Staff Spin: Raises his staff in one hand, and spins it around from the center, dealing medium damage to anything struck by it. Spins it for three seconds rapidly.
  • Break Slash: Decratite slashes at a player with his staff's sword end, dealing low damage with a 30% chance to inflict Broken for 5 seconds.
  • Wallop: If a player approaches Decratite from his front, he will loosen his grip on the Prism Staff from the right hand and let the crystal end of the staff knock the player backward and deal light damage.
  • Prism Blast: The tip of his Prism Staff will glow between the different colors of the rainbow for 3 seconds, before pointing it at a group of players, releasing eight colored fiery shots in a wave, each one a color used for each frequent Polygons.
  • Prism Break: Will thrust his staff upward with one hand as eight colored clones of it, each a color of the Polygons (yellow, red, blue, etc.) appear in an arc next to it. A crack will then sound as each magic colored clone spins rapidly for one second before lunging in the direction the sword tip was pointing one at a time, dealing heavy damage and inflicting Blinded for 3 seconds.
  • Prism Step: Will dodge rapidly to the left or right with an afterimage, pointing the crystal tip of his staff in the direction of the player that caused him to dodge, firing a rainbow-colored laser at them that deals decent damage and inflicts Confused and Hasty for 2 seconds.
  • Decastrike: Decratite will stay still, and summon a ring of 10 Decagons around him, that orbit rapidly and block shots for 5 seconds. Following this, he will begin punching the Decagons outward at the closest player striking them with his Prism Staff like a baseball bat, one at a time over the course of 10 seconds. Decagons retain their normal body damage and will lose speed until coming to a stop and staying there until destroyed.
  • Laser Pulse: Decratite fires off a series of four short but fast violet-light pulses from his crystal. These do medium damage on contact, and can only be touched once. They phase through all objects and will disappear after touching the fortress walls.
  • Prism Beam: Decratite charges up his Prism Staff for 5 seconds, and fires off 10 separate beams (each of which is a polygon color, including tan and black for hendecagons and dodecagons respectively) that sweep quickly to the center, dealing low damage. Upon merging into the center, the beams merge into one, with the crystal producing two more beams that spiral around the core beam for more awesomeness. Decratite sweeps this beam back and forth, dealing medium-low damage to anything that touches it but ticking damage once per contact.
  • Meteor: Decratite points the Prism Staff directly vertical and glows brilliantly. A Beta Decagon gets summoned in and flies directly towards him. He uses his staff to hit the polygon to change trajectory towards a group of tanks. Upon collision with either a fortress wall or a tank, the Beta Decagon will explode into 15-25 White Destroyer Crashers, dealing high damage on contact.
  • Force Palm: Decratite levitates his staff in front of him, and sends it flying and spinning into the area with the highest concentration of players. It will then boomerang back around in a random trajectory and hit them again. Both times it deals medium damage.
  • Shockrange: Decratite sticks his staff into the ground, and it releases vibrations that cause Dazed and Confused for 4 seconds in a small area, as well as inflicting very low damage.
  • Invisible Indigo Burst: Decratite vanishes, and appears somewhere near the center of the room. He then releases a dark purple energy burst from his body, inflicting medium damage and knockback within a medium range.
  • Cyan Forge: Decratite gains Frenzy for 8 seconds while waving his staff everywhere. He is glowing cyan during this time.
  • Kinetic Bomb: Decratite gathers up 5 decagons and traps a Quasar inside. He tosses the mass of decagons at a player, and upon impact they deal their normal body damage and disappear, releasing the Quasar.
  • Heat Wave: Decratite raises his staff into the air, and red energy rings start emanating from it. These deal low damage on contact and have a 30% chance to inflict Slowed and Burning for 3 seconds.
  • Gamma Ray Burst: Decratite spawns a flood of various Quasars from his spawner, about 10-20 that scatter in various directions.
  • White Incursion: Decratite spawns 25-30 White Destroyers of both sizes.
  • Crasher Wake: Decratite summons 40 random Crashers that are used by other Disciples (including his own) and lays them in a trail behind him as he moves randomly and quickly. They break off to pursue their targets approximately 0.6 seconds after spawning.
  • Serpent Linkup: Decratite summons exactly 35 large White Destroyers. He links them up with each other, with the concave side facing forwards into the next White Destroyer's point. The one on the front enlargens in size, while the last one extends its point. The linked White Destroyer entity is now a snake-like creature. Its segments must be destroyed first before the head and tail can be damaged. The segments each have 300 HP, and deal 40 HP of body damage on contact. The head has 500 HP and deals 80 HP of body damage on contact. The tail has 700 HP and deals 55 HP of body damage on impact. With each lost segment, the serpent's speed increases. Decratite only uses this attack twice in this phase. (A new Decratite exclusive enemy may be created to replace this)
  • Doom Strike: Decratite spins his staff in front of him exactly 360 degrees clockwise, leaving a black energy trail in its wake. This black energy trail dissipates and is absorbed into the crystal, where it becomes a beam of glowing black energy that is fired out as multiple snake-like lasers, which spread in random directions to deal medium damage on contact and inflicting Blindness for 4 seconds.
  • Vortex Blast: Decratite spins his staff so fast it becomes a blur, pulling tanks and nearby decagons in within a short range. He then suddenly stops spinning it and starts rotating it in the opposite direction, which causes everything to be launched out for high damage and of course, heavy knockback.
  • Forging Fire: Decratite pounds the floor of the fortress, causing a rift to open (not on top of any player) and lava sprays out of it, dealing medium-high contact damage and Burned for 2 seconds. Touching the rift itself inflicts the same effects as touching the lava and knocks players far away, so it's impossible to touch it twice within the 3 seconds the rift is open.
  • Galactic Rotation: Decratite summons 3 of each Quasar type (30 in total) and has each group rotating its Quasars at a central point. He sends the rotating groups of Quasars at players to deal explosion damage and a certain debuff for 4 seconds below:
    • Square (yellow): Dazed.
    • Triangle (red): Bleeding.
    • Pentagon (blue): Waterflame.
    • Hexagon (green): Poisoned.
    • Heptagon (orange): Burned.
    • Octagon (purple): Confused.
    • Nonagon (cyan): Weakened.
    • Decagon (white): Paralyzed.
    • Hendecagon (tan): Polymorph.
    • Dodecagon (black): Blinded.
  • Fusion Flare: Decratite forms a huge fireball in front of him and releases it. It travels at a medium speed and inflicts high scaled explosion splash damage on impact with something. This really burns Decratite out though, so he has Broken for the 6 seconds after launching the fireball before resuming his attacks.
  • Decadence: Decratite's staff crystal glows green, and all players within a short range are inflicted with Degeneration, a debuff exclusive to this fight. It causes players to "devolve" to their previous tank upgrade, if they have one. If a tank has two previous classes it could upgrade from, whichever the player upgraded from is the one that is chosen. This lasts for 15 seconds, and upgradeable stats are not affected.
  • Radecay: Decratite launches an invisible gamma-ray beam from his staff, inflicting medium damage and Poisoned and Blinded for 4 seconds. It's fired in a random direction and not necessarily aimed at anything in particular. A warning can be seen through an increasingly brightening light at the destination path of the beam, vanishing once the beam has been fired.
  • Decagram: Decratite moves in the outline of a 10-pointed star and leaves a trail of Quasars and White Destroyers behind (it's random), with one at each point. They act normally after 0.6 seconds of spawning in.
  • I-Wave: Decratite uses psychic powers to distort players' vision, inverting overworld colors for 15 seconds.

Phase 2

When Decratite's hands' health is depleted at 60,700 HP, he enters Phase 2. Decratite moves faster and teleports into the center of the arena at the very beginning of Phase 2. Bullets fired at the hands will go through them. Decratite's helmet cracks near the sides. Remember that like Trites, Decratite does not lose the use of his hands. Bullets fired at the hands will just go through them, and he can split his staff into a smaller staff and short sword to use even more attacks as if he didn't have enough already!

Decratite can now summon bosses such as the Industrian and Gunship, and waves of Quasars or Decagon Nest Defenders (Blazar and Veratellon only, not Light Caster). All of these bosses and mini-bosses will reward EXP, excluding their minions.

During a boss summon, Decratite will be invulnerable until the boss/bosses die. He cannot attack while a boss is in session. After the boss dies, Decratite will resume attacking until the loss of 8,000 HP has been reached. For every 8,000 HP lost, Decratite will summon a boss or multiple bosses as the following:

Boss Spawning Order:

  • At 40,600 HP: Gunship.
  • At 32,600 HP: Gunship and three random Nest Defenders.
  • At 24,600 HP: 35 random Quasars and five random Nest Defenders.
  • At 16,600 HP: The Industrian and three random Nest Defenders.
  • At 8,600 HP: Industrian, Gunship, and five random Nest Defenders.
  • At 700 HP: Two Industrians, two Gunships, and ten random Nest Defenders.

Attacks

During the between sessions of the boss summoning, Decratite will do these attacks randomly. If Decratite reaches a 10,000 HP mark, he'll become invulnerable and wait for the attack to be finished.

  • Gear Swap: Decratite disconnects his staff into two weapons, with the top part becoming a smaller staff, while the bottom part becomes a dagger. He can perform new attacks with this weapon configuration.
    • Hydro Pulse: Decratite launches three bursts of water from his staff that expand outward, dealing low damage and inflicting Slowed for 2 seconds.
    • Catch!: Decratite throws his dagger, and it spins in mid-air as it travels at a terrifying speed. It deals very high damage on contact, but it is easy to dodge as players can look at Decratite as he is about to throw the dagger (it takes 2.25 seconds for him to throw it) by taking note of his orientation.
    • Twin Spin: Decratite spins both his dagger and his staff, throwing them back and forth between his hands while dashing at players to deal medium-low damage with knockback or high damage, depending if the player is hit by his dagger or staff. This attack lasts for 10 seconds.
    • Blinding Slash: Decratite uses the crystal to project a blinding flash of light that fills up the screen, inflicting Unfocused on everybody in the room for 3 seconds. Decratite takes this chance to attack the players closest to him by slashing his dagger at them for medium damage.
    • Flying Strike: Decratite throws his dagger up into the air and uses telekinesis to target one player in the room almost instantly, dealing critical damage. The player chosen will always be at full health. If there are no players with full health in the room, this attack will not be selected from the attack pool.
    • Wave Force: Decratite's gold ornamental tri-spike on his helmet glitters, while he attacks by launching out a wave of white energy that deals medium damage.
    • Charge Set: Decratite rapidly twirls the two halves of his staff for three seconds. He then holds them backwards as white energy beams fly out of their handles, firing at the player who is closest to him first in front, then moving out to the sides. The beams deal heavy damage and inflict no additional effects.
    • Unity: Decratite throws the two halves of his staff above him. The two parts glow in spectral energy and fuse themselves back together. During this, the prism staff fires off two thin white beams that bounce off the walls for the entire duration of this attack. The beams deal moderate damage. This will always be the last attack to be used during the Gear Swap attack.
  • Countdown: Decratite slashes back and forth, with each successive sweep getting bigger and bigger. While this is happening, gold digital numbers will count off from 10 in the middle of the screen. When it reaches 0, Decratite does a 360-degree sweep and fires off a gold beam that is fired straight forward, dealing medium damage.
  • Shattershock: Decratite fires three light-blue beams from his staff that travel like thunderbolts and strike the ground in front of him, turning a medium area to ice. He then smashes the ground with his sword, and the shards of ice break off and fly everywhere, inflicting medium damage and breaking upon impact into smaller shards that cause very lower damage if stepped on. The shards will melt after 3 seconds.
  • Downward Smash: Decratite performs a leap, does a 450-degree flip, and swings down his sword, smashing it right in the middle of a group of players. It deals high damage to everything in a vertical path and creating rippling shockwaves that knock players backward to the left and right of the impact zone without taking damage.
  • Decapitation: Decratite positions his staff downward, moves up to a group of players, and with one sideways sweep, slashes off their arms. Unlike Trites's Critical Strike attack, this attack has multiple targets, and does not completely disable a players' weapons, as anything that's mounted on their body is still active. The effect lasts for 25 seconds, and after that players will regrow their weapons. In addition, body damage and health regeneration are still active on afflicted players.
  • Break Slash II: Decratite slashes twice at a player with his staff's sword end. with a 33% chance to inflict Broken for 6 seconds. This time, it deals medium damage instead of low.
  • Wallop II: If a player approaches Decratite from his front, he will loosen his grip on the Prism Staff from the right hand and let the crystal end of the staff knock the player backward and deal light damage. He will also poke the player with his staff, picking them up and tossing them behind him for more light damage.
  • Prism Blast II: The tip of his Prism Staff will glow between the different colors of the rainbow for 2.5 seconds, before pointing it at a group of players, releasing eight colored fiery shots in a wave, each one a color used for the Polygons. These beams have higher penetration and after going through at least one target, they curve back around and return to the crystal. Decratite's next attack involving the crystal will be 15% more powerful.
  • Prism Break II: Will thrust his staff upward with one hand as ten colored clones of it, each a color of the Polygons (including the hendecagons and the dodecagons) (yellow, red, blue, etc.) appear in an arc next to it. A crack will then sound as each magic colored clone spins rapidly for one second before lunging in the direction the sword tip was pointing one at a time, dealing heavy damage and inflicting Blinded for 4 seconds.
  • Prism Step II: Will dodge rapidly to the left or right with an afterimage, pointing the crystal tip of his staff in the direction of the player that caused him to dodge, firing a rainbow-colored laser at them that deals decent damage and inflicts Burning, Bleeding, and Hasty for 3 seconds.
  • Decastrike II: Decratite will stay still, and summon a ring of 12 Decagons around him, that orbit rapidly and block shots for 7 seconds. Following this, he will begin punching the Decagons outward at the closest player striking them with his Prism Staff like a baseball bat, one at a time over the course of 12 seconds. Decagons retain their normal body damage and will lose speed until coming to a stop and staying there until destroyed.
  • Prism Beam II: Decratite charges up his Prism Staff for 4 seconds, and fires off 10 separate beams (each of which is a polygon color, including tan and black for hendecagons and dodecagons respectively) that sweep quickly to the center, dealing medium-low damage. Upon merging into the center, the beams merge into one, with the crystal producing four more beams that spiral around the core beam for more awesomeness. Decratite sweeps this beam back and forth, dealing medium damage to anything that touches it but ticking damage once per contact.
  • Meteor II: Decratite points the Prism Staff directly vertical and glows brilliantly. An Alpha Decagon gets summoned in and flies directly towards him. He uses his staff to hit the polygon to change trajectory towards a group of tanks. Upon collision with either a fortress wall or a tank, the Beta Decagon will explode into 20-30 White Destroyer Crashers, dealing very high damage on contact.
  • Force Palm II: Decratite levitates his staff in front of him, and sends it flying and spinning into the area with the highest concentration of players. It will then boomerang back around in a random trajectory and hit them again, and again, and again. It travels slower, and does less damage, so it gives time for players to move out before they get hit.
  • Shockrange II: Decratite sticks his staff into the ground, and it releases vibrations that cause Dazed and Confused for 4 seconds in a medium area, as well as inflicting low damage.
  • Invisible Indigo Burst II: Decratite vanishes, and appears somewhere near the center of the room. He then releases two dark purple energy bursts from his body, inflicting medium damage (but no knockback) within a large range.
  • Cyan Forge II: Decratite gains Frenzy and Hasty for 9 seconds while waving his staff everywhere. He is glowing cyan during this time.
  • Kinetic Bomb II: Decratite gathers up 7 decagons and traps 12 normal Quasars. He tosses the mass of decagons at a player, and upon impact they deal their normal body damage and disappear, releasing the Quasars.
  • Heat Wave II: Decratite raises his staff into the air, and red energy rings start emanating from it. These deal low damage on contact and have a 50% chance to inflict Slowed and Burning for 3 seconds.
  • Gamma Ray Burst II: Decratite spawns a flood of various Quasars from his spawner, about 10-18.
  • White Incursion II: Decratite spawns 35-45 White Destroyers of both sizes.
  • Crasher Wake II: Decratite summons 60 random Crashers that are used by other Disciples (including his own) and lays them in a trail behind him as he moves randomly and quickly. They break off to pursue their targets approximately 0.3 seconds after spawning.
  • Serpent Linkup II: Decratite summons exactly 53 large White Destroyers. He links them up with each other, with the concave side facing forwards into the next White Destroyer's point. On the front, 5 White Destroyers latch onto the same concave point of the previous one. The ones on the front enlargen in size, while the last one extends its point. The linked White Destroyer entity is now a five-headed snake-like creature. Its segments must be destroyed first before the head and tail can be damaged. The segments each have 300 HP, and deal 40 HP of body damage on contact. The heads have 500 HP each and deals 80 HP of body damage on contact. The tail has 700 HP and deals 55 HP of body damage on impact. With each lost segment, the serpent's speed increases. Decratite only uses this attack twice in this phase. Destroying an inner segment now separates the remaining snake into two, so there are now two faster snakes that you have to deal with, both with tails and heads. These snakes will split further into shorter and faster, so this gets annoying pretty quick.
  • Doom Strike II: Decratite spins his staff in front of him exactly 360 degrees counterclockwise, leaving a black energy trail in its wake. This black energy trail dissipates and is absorbed into the crystal, where it becomes a beam of glowing black energy that is fired out as multiple snake-like lasers, which spread in random directions to deal medium damage on contact and inflicting Blindness for 6 seconds.
  • Vortex Blast II: Decratite spins his staff so fast it becomes a blur, pulling tanks and nearby decagons in within a medium-short range. He then suddenly stops spinning it and starts rotating it in the opposite direction, which causes everything to be launched out for high damage and of course, heavy knockback. This also inflicts Dazed for 5 seconds afterward because of the increased spin speed.
  • Forging Fire II: Decratite pounds the floor of the fortress, causing multiple longer and wider rifts to open (2-3 of them and not on top of any player) and lava sprays out of them, dealing medium-high contact damage and Burned for 2 seconds. Touching the rift itself inflicts the same effects as touching the lava and knocks players far away, so it's impossible to touch it twice within the 3 seconds the rifts are open.
  • Galactic Rotation II: Decratite summons 4 of each Quasar type (40 in total) and has each group rotating its Quasars at a central point. He sends the rotating groups of Quasars at players to deal explosion damage and a certain debuff for 5 seconds below:
    • Square (yellow): Dazed.
    • Triangle (red): Bleeding.
    • Pentagon (blue): Waterflame.
    • Hexagon (green): Poisoned.
    • Heptagon (orange): Burned.
    • Octagon (purple): Slowed.
    • Nonagon (cyan): Weakened.
    • Decagon (white): Paralyzed.
    • Hendecagon (tan): Polymorph.
    • Dodecagon (black): Blinded.
  • Fusion Flare II: Decratite forms a huge fireball in front of him and releases it. It travels at a medium-slow speed and inflicts high scaled explosion splash damage on impact with something, with a bigger range than before. This really burns Decratite out though, so he has Broken for the 9 seconds after launching the fireball before resuming his attacks.
  • Decadence II: Decratite's staff crystal glows green, and all players within a medium range are inflicted with Degeneration, a debuff exclusive to this fight. It causes players to "devolve" to their previous tank upgrade, if they have one. If a tank has two previous classes it could upgrade from, whichever the player upgraded from is the one that is chosen. This lasts for 22 seconds, and upgradeable stats are not affected.
  • Radecay II: Decratite launches an invisible gamma-ray beam from his staff, inflicting medium damage and Poisoned and Blinded for 5 seconds. It's fired in a random direction and not necessarily aimed at anything in particular. A warning can be seen through an increasingly brightening light at the destination path of the beam, vanishing once the beam has been fired. The light is slightly slower to appear but will shine brighter than before.
  • Decagram II: Decratite moves in the outline of a 10-pointed star and leaves a trail of Quasars and White Destroyers behind (it's random), with one at each point. They act normally after 0.2 seconds of spawning in.
  • Oncgade Subduction II: Decratite inflicts Dazed and Paralyzed for 5 seconds and 3.5 seconds respectively on everybody in the room, via a tremor sent through the ground when he makes a super high jump.
  • I-Wave II: Decratite uses psychic powers to distort players' vision, inverting overworld colors for 25 seconds. It also periodically "wobbles" the screen during this time.

Death Phase

When Decratite reaches the 700 HP mark and after the bosses are defeated, Decratite will initiate his final phase. He will do a drastically powered-up Serpent Linkup attack, with 100 White Destroyers in each serpent. He also spawns 3 of them, and they move 10% faster in all forms. Decratite is still attacking after this, using normal attacks and moving 250% faster, making him very hard to hit. However, he does have permanent Broken from exhaustion, and as a result, he will take twice as much damage as normal.

The glass barrier at the exit shatters and forms into 85 Large White Destroyers, which proceed to scatter in all directions, some rushing to Decratite to protect him and some chasing down players.

If every tank present during Decratite's final moment has died, he will remain in the arena, tired and warn out from his use of attacks. He remains silent as the screen fades.

However, if Decratite's HP finally reaches 0, he kneels down and white cracks begin forming all around his body, with any Decagon in range around him starting to lose their color, turning into shades of gray. Decratite then suddenly vaporizes with a white flash on the screen, leaving only the helmet and staff (with its crystal cracked and shattered) behind on top of a pile of ashes. All decagons and polygons associated with them in a huge radius around the death of Decratite will have halved HP and resistances. Any decagon-based bosses/mini-bosses that were present near the fortress where Decratite has been defeated will greatly reduce in HP and Resistances, while Superior Decagon nests will stop spawning decagons for a long time around its destruction area...

Quotes

Introducing During Battle

  • "You dare disturb me at this hour, puny tanks? Leave me in my solemn loneliness, as I have already been isolated enough. My genius unrecognized, my talents disregarded... do you know how that feels!? Alas, you will never know. Because for disturbing my kind, you shall die here before those feelings get a chance to strike! By the colors of the Polygons, and by the will of the Disciples... your end is nigh..."
  • "Why have you returned here? Do you not respect my wishes to be left alone? I already made tanks pay the price for it once before. Do not think I won't do it again. But who are you to care? You blindly walk into what you think is just before ever considering what your opponent really feels. Well... misery enjoys company! And I will make the Tank Empire miserable for daring to disturb my isolation..." (If Decratite has been defeated and rematched again if he respawns in The Realm.)

Phase 2

  • "*tapping Prism Staff, causing it to break into staff and sword* Hm... worthy opponents you are. For not even my magic could destroy thee as fast as I expected. Nevertheless, I will split you like my staff and sever you like my connections to the world! *reconnects pieces* (Said when changing into Phase 2)

"Alas! For that this universe seems to send all of its cruelty towards me! Somebody with a great mind, and fantastic innovating ideas... only to be crushed by one fatal mistake! And in return care for my existence ceased. So Decratite, the Disciple of the Decagons, in my final hour, will fade from The Realm and no one will notice until its far too late for me or anyone else. Tanks may be many things, but forgiving and understanding... they will never be..." *vaporizes in a white flash, with only his helmet and ashes being left behind...*

Trivia

  • Decratite has the most individual attacks of any Disciple in Phase 1, with 29. Some attacks have been transferred in the past to other disciples, and new attacks have been created to keep the total at 29.
    • He used to have 40, but a large number of attacks were removed because they were deemed redundant or too similar to some of the other Disciples' attacks.
  • Serpent Linkup II was inspired by Terraria's Eater of Worlds/The Destroyer mechanics.
  • Downward Smash was inspired by the Z-Move Malicious Moonsault from Pokemon Gen VII.
  • He has an affinity for flashy and shiny things, but don't take him for a giant singing crab with a pile of gold on his shell.
