It has the same grappling mechanic as the Lurker, however, the bullet is split into two larger spikes mounted on a wider trapezoid.
The twin spike bullet does more Body Damage to polygons and tanks than the Lurker, as well as having the same "capture-and-hold" mechanic. However, the major difference between the two is that the Impaler cannot become invisible. It also has 20% decreased base movement speed like the Paladin.
