WOAH HOLD IT THERE. You don't just delete low-quality concepts. You're supposed to be moving them to userspace- i.e. from "Fanon:Concept" to "User:Username/Concept". Then you're supposed to clear out WhatLinksHere, i.e. whatever pages that link to the moved page. And after that, you're supposed to remove all its categories. Seeing as this is your first time managing low quality concepts however, I wouldn't count this as power abuse, but you should have asked on how to deal with low-quality concepts. Also, by "low-quality", we refer to concepts that do not follow the Fanon Policies.
Go to the dropdown next to the edit button, and click rename. Rename it to User:WHATEVERTHEUSERNAMEIS/WHATEVERTHECONCEPTIONNAMEIS, without leaving a redirect, and while you're at it, go back to the deleted page Fanon:WHATEVERTHECONCEPTIONNAMEIS. There should be a link somewhere in the toolbar at the bottom of your screen that says What Links Here. (It might be in My Tools, if you don't see it anywhere go into Customize and add it.) Click that, and go to any pages that link to the deleted page and remove the links.
